This had to be the most rewarding experience working with California closets.. starting with our sales associate thru our installer. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about their product. Incredibly smooth process and so happy with the outcome. Would recommend California Closets and the team I had to anyone who was looking for organization with style!!!

We do have an issue with one closet, as its design and measurements did not work as expected.

I had an excellent experience with California Closets! They efficiently created designs, provided multiple options, made requested changes, and installed according to the specifications. They provided great advice on the design. The installation took less time than expected. The end result is a beautiful closet that went above and beyond my expectations! I particularly recommend Kellie Smith for her outstanding work and customer service!

We were looking for bookshelves to fill an awkward shaped wall behind a home workspace. After looking at furniture which wouldn’t really fit, we decided to explore custom shelves from California Closets.
The designer came out to our house and within an hour we had a finished design. This gave us so much more functionality to meet our needs like deciding which drawers should have file folder and which cabinet should have a lock. We were also able to maximize the space going wall to wall with the unit.
The installation took one day and the finished product looks incredible. We now always get compliments when it is seen in the back of video calls.
Everyone was incredibly professional and communicative throughout the process. While we spent more than we originally intended to furnish the space, we feel like the cost for the quality and convenience of the process was well worth it. Excited to come up with our next project!

Our overall experience with California Closets was a very positive one. We had three walk-in closets renovated and the final result is simply amazing. The redesign of our closets maximized the usable space and capitalized on our 9' ceilings. We are truly pleased with the end result.
Our design consultant was very helpful and really listened to our needs and wants. She came up with a fabulous initial design, and then worked with us to tweak each closet until the overall solution was perfect.
The management staff helped coordinate the installation, and we were kept informed along the way through system generated emails.
The field tech was unexpectedly injured the day before our field review. No other tech was available to fill in, so this review was completely skipped in our case.
The installation team was courteous, professional, and respectful of our property. They did a great job, and the finished product looks wonderful. There is still an outstanding issue with one of the top boards that was mismeasured and needs to be replaced. The management team is ordering the replacement piece and it will be installed once it is available.
The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with some minor glitches we encountered during the process, and the one issue encountered during installation that is currently being corrected.

I love my new closet!! Matt was great and easy to work with. He came out to see my space and I told him what I wanted and he delivered! The installer, Dean, was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job.
