Ardian (Artie) from Speedwell Design has carpeted every room of my home. He does excellent work and he and his team are extremely neat! Lucinda in the showroom is very friendly, professional, and answers all questions as soon as possible! I highly recommend Speedwell Design and couldn’t ask for a better carpet showroom and installation.

Speedwell Design Center is truly customer-centric. We have had two mishaps with our Hunter Douglas blinds over the last two years. Lucinda at Speedwell Design quickly responded back to me, contacted Hunter Douglas, ordered our replacement, got a response back to us the same day, and our blind was ready for us to pick up in two weeks. She even carried it out to the car for me. Wow. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service we received. Thank you, Lucinda!

I absolutely love my new flooring, it’s beautiful!! We had the original carpet since we built our home many moons ago, we were very overdue for new flooring. I can’t believe we waited this long. The sales associates and installers from Speedwell were very professional and did a great job! I can’t wait to finish the rest of the rooms on the first floor and do the basement.

I just finished our third project with Speedwell Design within the last 2 months, and as expected, the work came out perfectly.
Many thanks to the showroom manager, Lucinda Deichmeister, who patiently and expertly guided my wife and I in regards to Hunter Douglas window dressings for our new townhome. She offered great suggestions, and we decided on several different products from the Hunter Douglas line. The measuring process was quick, efficient, and professional from Vic, who is actually an employee of Hunter Douglas. Several weeks later, Vic returned and did the installation as well, and arrived exactly at the time he had stated he would, a rarity for service people in general. He showed us tips on how to maintain and operate the different window dressings we had chosen. At the end of the install, he cleaned up everything neatly, and put all the carton and packaging materials back in his truck. A very pleasant experience, and would highly recommend Speedwell Design for your window or flooring needs.

We went there last Saturday, when we walked in, no one was in the store, we were the 1st and only ones. We started talking with the sales woman about wanting shades and tile, 2 other people walked in after us, she greeted them and said to us, "the tiles are in the back, why don't you start looking at what you want". She then proceeded to help the other customers. We didn't know what was floor verse wall tiles or anything and besides the shades were the most important purchase since i said our 20 month year old son wasn't sleeping well due to the early morning sun. Anyway, she came back 15 to 20 minutes later and asked if we had any questions, pointed out a tile or 2 and then went back to the other customers. I guess we were not her type of customer? If only she knew, besides the mud room we had to tile, we had 4 other bathrooms and about 5 windows which needed shades. I would advise to visit a store where each customer is important. She was so busy with the other customer that came in after us, she didn't even see us leave, or maybe she was happy we left.

My husband and I have used Speedwell Design for a number of carpet purchases and installations. The showroom and installation people are knowledgeable, courteous and provide exemplary service. If you find your carpet or other flooring at Speedwell, you will be well served.
