The phlebotomists were pleasant and friendly - the appointment was easy to make and they kept their schedule. When it's a necessary trip, it is worth going to Quest!

I had no problems making an appointment, and the check-in process was a breeze. There was no wait time. The medical staff drew my blood, and I was finished in less than 5 minutes. Amazing!

I was a little delayed due to weather and traffic, but the tech took me in right away when I got there, and I was in and out very quickly. I was very grateful that they were able to fit me in.

I came in to drop a specimen for my son thinking it would be in and out, wrong, you have to check in and wait! So, if people need to work, like my son had to go work, you are going to waste your time waiting just to drop off!

I can confirm this place is an absolute nightmare. No parking, and the most insanely slow elevators in existence. And they're not kidding about the 10 minute appointment window.Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes before your appointment if you want a remote chance of getting to your appointment on time.

The lady who drew my blood today was honestly the best experience I’ve had. I typically am ok getting blood work, but recently I had a bad experience somewhere else (due to inexperience) where the vein was missed a few times and it was my first time ever feeling queasy. I was scarred and afraid it would happen again to me but now I’m not! I highly recommend this quest diagnostics and the lady who drew my blood was very quick, experienced and incredible. I will only be going here from now on.

I have a phobia with bloodwork, and this lab (specifically Ed) was phenomenal!! They got me in as a walk-in within an hour. They have private rooms for each person. They had a table I could lay on and let me tell them when I was ready. Highly recommend Ed!

The absolute slowest lab I have ever been to. Do not come here , unless u like to wait and listen to the technician talk about their life story and taking his sweet time w each patient while you’re literally waiting for hours trying to get back to work.
