Jaison worked with us to sell our house. He was exceptional from day one through the closing. He understood the market and how to price our house competitively, given that it was rather unique for our neighborhood. Jaison generated a huge amount of interest in the house before our first open-house which was phenomenal. Within a week or so we had a multitude of options to choose from, all above asking. He was able to help us navigate the pros and cons of each offer, balancing our concerns about timing the closing (as we were relocating shortly) against offered prices.
Jaison had contacts that were excellent resources that were able to help us prep the house for sale (cleaners, painters, attorney, etc.)
All in all, he made the process painless for us.

Erik did a great job from beginning to end, first, helping us understand all that him and his team at Align has to offer and then making sure we stayed optimistic and patient even when receiving offers. He always kept us in the loop and would check in once a week, at the minimum, to share updates on the property and potential offers that he was working on. We were able to set up open houses pretty much at will and without any pushback or fuss from Erik and his team. Erik made sure the close went seamlessly and did not often leave us with outstanding questions. I would definitely recommend Erik for all your real estate needs.

Erik Goldfarb and his team were a pleasure to work with through the whole process of buying a new home. Being a first time buyer, and moving from Brooklyn to Jersey City, there was a lot we didn't know. What neighborhoods, what schools, what are the taxes, how are the commutes. Erik guided us through the process, answering all of our questions on Hoboken / Jersey City and took us around multiple properties over a few weeks. Through his connections, he eventually helped us get a property before it came on the market, a great result. We recently purchased our first home with the help of the Align Team. Our realtor Debbie worked tremendously hard to get us into the house of our dreams. Tara was absolutely amazing during our entire process with finding our home! We looked for a home for about a year- all of which during we had a baby and got married and Tara was extremely patient and knowledgeable with everything we wanted. This was the second transaction we worked on with Jaison and it was a pleasure. In addition to his exceptional professionalism, Jaison was unselfish with his time and went the extra mile to help us with additional due diligence on potential properties. Jaison also was very forthcoming with suggestions and ideas - we were initially focused on a particularly neighborhood but Jaison steered us towards a neighborhood we had never considered and one that ultimately ended up being the perfect fit for our family.
