Always a pleasure dealing with Chander!Unrelated to my experiences in the branch, but the new “layout” is a total whiff. Not sure of the thought process that went into the change, but I liked the old branch interior layout significantly better. This branch lobby can get busy at times now that they closed down the drive thru teller window and there appears to be a sitting area right in front of where the line queue should be for the teller. Just one customer’s opinion.

Only one old, minimalistic and slow atm(that doesn’t work half the time). Forcing you to go inside, when you go inside be prepared to wait for atleast 15min on average.

My Father drove here to deposit his check today. He worked hard labor construction all the way up in Princeton, NJ. He was so concerned with getting here before they closed. Well he made it twenty minutes before closing. There was one teller and a manager walking back and forth. The line only had two people ahead of him. A Latina woman was being helped by the teller. It seems she didn't know much English. The teller had to explain she didn't have all her papers and advised her additional paperwork had to be filled out. The process was taking forever. Both my Father and the gentleman in front of him was a little frustrated. The worst part was seeing this manager walk back and forth and not help the last two customers. I'm not sure if that's policy or he just didn't care. My Dad was hungry and tired of waiting so he left without depositing his check. Very disappointing

I was helped by a banker named Melissa D'Auria (I believe she may be the branch's manager), her whole demeanor was nothing but unprofessional and off-putting. She not only made me feel uncomfortable but the way she spoke to the other employees at the branch was awful I couldn't help but cringe. It was a high school, petty feeling environment. You'd think in a place of business that a person with a little more class would be appointed for a management position. 0/10 I won’t be back nor do I recommend. I’ll be banking at Chase.

I give the teller that’s name starts with a Y. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the full spelling of your name. I came in today to exchange my daughter’s coin bank. She had quite a bit. I sat at home for 2 days counting and rolling it up to bring to the bank. I finally had the time today to do it. So Y took me. As we were half way done, there were these 2 “Karens” that came in. They waited for about 5-10 min. Unfortunately, the other teller was having some issues and the manager was helping her. They got a little impatient and started acting up. One of them said “who comes in on a pay day to count their coins?!” I turned to them and said “a stay at home mom with no time”. The one had the nerve to tell me that my coins should be counted by the IRS. Really? But the whole point was that my teller was assuring me that I was not holding up anyone that I did nothing wrong. It’s my money, I do whatever and whenever I want. Thank you Y for being an awesome teller/person. You need a raise!

very unpleasant experience. Made an appointment for a fraudulent charge on my account that I don’t recognize. They locked my card 4 days before Christmas leaving me with no access to my account. They said they mailed a new one which will take 2-14 days. I attempt to make an appointment same day, no can do. Okay no problem. Make an appointment next day, come in branch, they tell me they have no debit cards. They said they had a whole bunch of them in the morning but they disappeared. The manager was rude and doesn’t deserve her title. By the end of the encounter I was so close to just closing my account altogether. This branch needs some major help. Get rid of that manager ASAP. Terrible for business.

The banker whose name starts with J, (can’t remember the full name) was extremely helpful! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a smile. Everyone at this branch is friendly and I always have a pleasant experience when getting assistance from the tellers as well as bankers. 10/10, would highly recommend coming to this branch!!!

If possible avoid this location.. The women there are rude, zero customer service skills.. If you don't speak Spanish they look at you weird

We had a savings account for many years. Not much money; but something that would be there if we "really needed" it - like NOW! My wife went in there and they "claimed/lied" that we were notified that because of "inactivity" the money was now in the hands of the state of N.J. and it would take 8 - 10 WEEKS to obtain. No phone call, no REGISTERED/CERTIFIED letter....nothing. What was in it for them? Didn't want to pay a dollar or two interest?? My wife just now tried to call their corporate office and the rep. said she would have to write a letter about her dissatisfaction. Good job, WF. We will NEVER enter any of their offices again and we hope you see this letter.
