This location is one of my favorites to visit. The layout is good, seems to be clean, has plenty of space, and available equipment at the times I have gone there. The other members seem polite and so is the staff. I would highly recommend this location for the reasons mentioned and because it is conveniently located near good shops.

I contacted the General Manager a dozen times to cancel my account - account is still active. Do not sign up for Crunch, you will not be able to cancel your account. It is a legit scam.
Original Review:
The most dishonest billing practice that I’ve experienced.
Been charged over $300 & I haven’t checked into that gym in 6 months. I called the gym & billing company an endless amount of times, left countless voicemails to the billing company and told the local staff to cancel my account - still being charged.
Filled out a written request in June, had numerous email threads stating to cancel my account (even the General Manager said to the billing company to cancel my account).
Whenever I try logging into their online portal or app, it says to contact the staff to update my account.
Disgusting billing practice, don’t know how they are doing business.

TThis is one of the worst gym and it’s a dirty gym. After using the equipment, people don’t wipe off their sweat from the equipment. It’s overcrowded.

I’ve been going here for about a year and a half now and I can’t see myself going to a different gym. All of the staff are so nice and welcoming. Come to Crunch!!

An excellent gym. The main reason is the people who work there. Most machines are available most of the time and my personal experience with the other members has been positive. Everyone is patient and considerate. I workout 3 to 4 days a week and have been able to reach my daily goals. I recommend Crunch for anyone serious about getting in shape.

This location crunch terrible absolutely terrible!!!! The only tall guy at the front is so rude and racism ， I came with friends by guess and he keeping get me hard time and say cuz I am not paying any ,I am just a guess and call me trash!!!! And he copy down my drivers license for no reason( any gym can ask guess for phone number and name and email . but why here he need copy down my drivers license and know my Address!!!! I don’t feel comfortable right now )

I've been going to Crunch for approximately 4 months, the space is good and the equipment is new, the staff are very friendly and kind. I just think that 2 things need to improve: 1st, there is still some equipment missing that you normally find in other gyms and at Crunch there is none. 2 delay in fixing broken equipment. The glute table, for example, has been under maintenance for over a month. That's why 4 stars.

The hamstring curl machine has literally been broken for atleast 5 months at this point. The staff doesn’t like to greet people when you walk in. They also love to roll their eyes as I sign in with my barcode.

There’s a part of the floor that’s really a hole like it’s a trap door and it started with one tile but it keeps getting bigger and bigger and when I told the manager about it he said I was wrong and told me to forget about it. I also swear 3 of the 4 elliptical machines are haunted, when I go to use one it’s usually being used by and old timey gentleman in a top hat. Also when you cancel your membership they’ll still keep billing you which is nasty, but also the mystery hole and the gentleman ghost are bad.
