I highly recommend and love this company! We moved the end of January. As with our previous move, these men were hardworking, respectful, and gently rugged movers. They handled all of our belongings (some are antiques) with ease and great care. They were professional, pleasant (joking and even singing while they diligently worked from morning to evening! ) and respectful. We agreed before but our experience with this move sealed the deal--we will never use any other company than Steedle for our moving needs. Loved, respected, and appreciated every. single. one. of them! Kudos to Jim, Dave, Vijal, Harold, & Najee. God Bless all of you! We are forever grateful!

We moved about two weeks ago. The whole staff at Steedle Moving were helpful, professional and made our move so much easier during this stressful time. I would recommend this company for all your Moving and Storage needs.

I can’t say enough good about this company. One of the most stressful weeks of our life and the entire team at Steedle was amazing. All the way from the FaceTime estimate with Pat to the team arriving on site and on time packing up and moving our entire home in two days it was just amazing. They even rolled out the red carpet! Our team of 7 guys Dave, Vijal, Bob, Najee, Jim, Dave and Harold were the absolute best. Positive and enjoyable to have around. Even the really heavy stuff they moved with zero complaints. We had A LOT of stuff and couldn’t imagine doing it without them. Hats off and thank you!!

If you are searching for moving services, you have to call Steedle!!! From the first contact until completion of our move, every person I had contact with was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing!!! Downsizing from a home where we lived for more than 20 years was a daunting task. Add in the stress of the coronavirus COVID-19 and uncertainties from mortgage company to title companies, we were incredibly thankful that Steedle honored our scheduled move. The moving team were a group of very hard workers who handled all of our items with care and expertise. And the cost was more than fair, so do not hesitate to call Steedle. More than five stars for Steedle!!!!

I highly recommended this moving company! To start someone from the company came out to give us an estimate. He went over everything that needed to be moved, went over the extra charges for certain items that would need special wrapping as far as lamps, mirrors and our big screen TV. We chose to transport the lamps and mirrors ourselves but opted to have them safely wrap and move our TV. He put all the information in his IPad and had a portable printer so printed out our copy right there which I was impressed with. He also went over how the price could be more or less meaning the estimated number of boxes we gave him if it is less than estimated than we would pay less but if it was more they absolutely could accommodate that but the charge would be more which we understood but I appreciated him explaining it. Moving day came and they were on time! The guys came in, went over everything that was going and started to work. They were extremely professional and moved fast. They arrived at 8am and had everything off the truck at our new place by 12 noon! This was the smoothest move I ever made! Also for an extra fee they can PACK EVERYTHING FOR YOU!! To me that was the most stressful part, buying the boxes, packing materials, tape etc and packing it all up....our next move I am definitely paying them to do all of that! 5 STARS!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The process of moving is both stressful and such a hassle. Fortunately, I was given a recommendation of a moving company that turned out to be terrific. From the first time we spoke to arrange the on-site review (for the moving quote) and then subsequent conversations arranging the move date were hassle free. When the pack up date arrived.........WOW ! The the driver prepped the house with runners and brought in boxes and wrapping paper............then a crew of four packed our house (over 3,500 sq ft) in less than one day. The following morning the driver arrived with a different crew to load the truck. The truck was loaded and on its way less than 7 hours.This was done professionally and with the utmost CARE. On the other end........less than 72 hours passed (from the time the van departed) and we were completely unloaded into our new home. Not only was my wife happy..........I was as well and the the final bill was less than quoted. GREAT JOB TRANSTAR !!!!

James and David are excellent movers. They worked fast, were friendly and treated my belongings as if they were their own. I have a peloton bike and I was extremely nervous about anyone touching it, they took excellent care of it and even helped me set it back up. They moved me out of a second story, 2br 2ba apartment into a second story condo in just four hours. My sales man, Michael, was also excellent. He communicated with me through out the entire process and his quote was exact. I will definitely use Transtar for future moves (hopefully not anytime soon lol) and referred both of my parents to them.

I wanted to use a local moving company for our move from NJ to DE and I am very glad I chose Steedle. The communication with the company was top notch from the initial contact until even after the move. I received a thorough and fair estimate and working with Patrick was a pleasure pre-move. The day of the move, Jim, Dave and Roger showed up early. They worked extremely hard only taking a 30 minute lunch break after the packing was complete. They took great care in packing and moving all our things. They also did a good job of disassembling and reassembling some items. The entire move was done in about 8 hours - just one day! I definitely would recommend you choose Steedle for your next move.

We moved to Massachusetts from New Jersey without a hitch. Patrick is a delight to work with. Lindsay was extremely helpful and Robert went above and beyond with the actual loading and delivery. I would recommend Transtar Moving highly.

They were amazing. First, it was last minute they fit me in then they held my items for two days with no complaint. They were on time, quick professional, both moving out and moving in. Bob, Harold,Dave and Jim were the nicest, most curtious men. Nothing was a problem. They went above and beyond what I needed. If you need a mover, Steedle moving is in my opinion the best and they are reasonably priced. I was so pleased with them I would recommend them to any one. Thank you all for your help during this move you made it so much easier for me. Thank you again

Really happy with their service and performance. I had about 8-10 quotes from other moving companies, ranging from internet based moving companies to the large recognized van lines. It got to the point where my parents (where half my my things were stored) told me that they weren't going to let anyone else in the house to help with a quote. So here I was, with 8-10 quotes, and Arpin (Transtar) was the last to get into my parents house. I had to make a choice. My move was in a few weeks.... we were going from Philly to a state down south, so it was a big move. I ruled out the internet based moving lines, despite the fact that they were the nicest and gave me the best price. However, I read really scary reviews where your things end up getting held hostage, movers never showing up, getting bills thousands above your initial quote, etc... so I decided not to take the chance with them. The large recognized national moving lines were fine, but they weren't very nice. They gave me a "take it or leave it" attitude, were pushy and very sale-sy and required a huge deposit of about $2k to "book" with them, so.... That left Transtar/Arpin. The sales guy was actually phenomenal. I don't know what it was about him but he just seemed honest. He wasn't trying to kiss my behind, he gave me a price that was comparable, and he just overall seemed to be down to earth-- and I'm a NY'er (lived there for 17 cumulative years since college) and I *think* I can spot bullsh** but you never know, right? To top it off.... of ALL the moving companies, they didn't require a deposit of a few thousand dollars!! I ended up choosing Transtar/Arpin, but second guessed myself constantly. What if they didn't show up? What if the people who showed up were unprofessional? What if? What IF?? It was driving me crazy. So on the day of the move, they arrived as promised. The driver was the same guy who drove all our stuff to our new place. Half the moving crew was also the same from start to finish. They were super professional and I'm SO glad I chose them. A few things in our boxes broke but it was our own fault for not packing it better. We may move again in a year or two... and I would definitely go with Arpin/Transtar moving again.

I used this company four years ago to move. They were professional, on time, and when a issue arrises they problem solved and came up with a solution. So when i moved this time I didn't even bother calling around to get other estimates and schedule Transtar. Unfortunately this time around I was disappointed. The two man crew they sent me was unmotivated and lazy The original quote was for a four hour move which they went over by 1.5 hours and charge me extra for. There was several items left behind that now I have to to figure out how to move. When the truck supposedly was fully pack I ask them what are they going to go with the items left behind. The response I got back was " you have a truck just move it yourself " They claim the original estimate was underestimated. Which became there main excuses. Having been a mover myself in my younger years I made some suggestions that fell on deaf ears. Moving is stressful I needed movers to problem solve not make excuse. I recommend to anyone who is moving to pick your movers carefully and look elsewhere when it comes to transtar.
