DO NOT go to this establishment. The customer service was disrespectful and dishonorable. Today I came in to use the vacuum, mat wash and car wash. I needed singles for the machine and went inside. The attendant Mike refused to give me singles for the machine. He said that he had no change to give me and that I needed to go outside and speak to the gas attendant. I went and got my singles and proceeded to use the vacuum. I went on to try and wash my mats after putting in four dollars the machine was not working properly and left me with wet mats. I called over one of the attendants who told me it was broken, that someone took off the sign and go inside to get my money back. I went back inside and Mike again refused to assist me or refund my money. He told me to come back tomorrow. All this was occurring with my eight year-old son next to me. I told him that I do not have time to come back tomorrow and that the attendant told me to come get a refund. Again, proceeded to tell me he had no money to give me and that I need to come back tomorrow to speak to a manager. At this point, I asked for a phone number as well as email address to someone I could speak to regarding this issue. He ignored me and went on to help someone else as I stood there with my son. I told him that it is unacceptable to come back for an issue that could be fixed at this moment when the machine was broken at no fault of my own. At this point, he must’ve sensed my frustration as I stood there waiting and he proceeded to open a register and said he only had two dollars. He then opened the second register, where there was plenty of singles for him to reimburse my four dollars which he did while grumbling under his breath which my son heard. No one should be treated this way when given subpar service. Whoever owns this establishment should certainly look into who they have at their front desk, assisting customers, because that certainly sets a tone as to what is accepted and allowed in an establishment when it comes to service.

I purchased the most expensive car wash option they offer, the “elite” wash. It was my first and last time here. It didn’t wash the car well, the tires/rims were not cleaned well. The car wash also has a terrible drying feature it left the car all wet and now I have water spots everywhere. I spoke with the owner and he told me to “use paper towel” because apparently you are suppose to move the car slowly during the drying function. There is no indication or sign to do this, the machine moves around your car during the car wash. The machine tells you to “Stop” during the begin of the wash, but at the end it doesn’t tell you anything. I explained this to the owner, but he just kept speaking over me and said he couldn’t do anything for me. I even asked if he can just reimburse a simple wash so I could go through again just for the drying part, he said no. I DO NOT recommend this car wash. I went on my credit card application on my phone and cancelled the $15 charge since, “I did not receive the goods or product I purchased” (that’s the option you need to choose when cancelling the charge on your card). You are better off going to a traditional car wash?

The car wash is great but the carpet cleaning machine does not work it just takes your money.

Excellent car wash and the best part is that it’s open 24 hours. So convenient, especially when no other car washes are open during late hours.

It feels way too harsh on the car. If you drive a luxury car you might want to be careful it's really hard on the car and can cause scratches on the paint. My wash was half it missed the back of the car but then again it's completely run by a machine so I guess it's good enough just to get salt off the car quickly.

Went today for a car wash, as I was waiting, the washing machine completely broke BOTH my side mirrors. I am very upset and do not recommend coming here.
