This usually takes about 5 days to get a new card, but the gentleman at the bank on the phone from the banks 800 # named Dan let me know that at the Valley bank in Little Silver NJ, they could issue me another bank card and shred the old one. I called the Little Silver bank to make sure the card machine was working, I spoke to Joe, which I knew that previously worked in my branch. Seedless to say, I went there and he took great care of me. Hooked me up with a new card and shredded the old one. I have been banking with Valley for 13 years, and I love it! Everyone is so compassionate, always! Thank you Valley ?”

“Banking at Chase in Fair Haven is a great experience. The interior of the building in new, fresh, and bright. It doesn’t feel like you’re walking into an old stuffy bank, it seems new and hi-tech. The bankers and staff are super kind and welcoming. They have greeted me by name ever since the second time I went in. I’ve opened checking accounts, savings accounts, business accounts, business and personal credit cards, and well as day to day banking such as depositing checks and cash.
