The WODs are always challenging and adaptable with many scaling options. The community is truly supportive and inspiring, making every workout enjoyable. Recently adding Olympic and Strength classes to my routine has noticeably enhanced my lifting abilities.

The coaches here are hard core and friendly and push you to do your very best. I have lost well over 100 lbs and recommend everyone try this work out. It’s always different, always fun and away makes you sweat. It’s a complete work out and every time I leave I feel great. I have challenged myself in ways I never dreamed off here and achieved more in one year than my prior 25 yrs or working out. Love this place. Highly recommend.”

“My son has been going to classes at My Gym for a year now and we recently had his third birthday party there. Ms. Huong & Mr. Tien are absolutely AMAZING! They truly make each child feel so special and the parents feel so welcome, like we’re their own family. The gym is great, but Ms. Huong & Mr. Tien are what make it a truly special place to take your kids.Our weekly classes are with Ms. Huong. She really gets to know the kids, and help them with any challenges. I love how the classes are structured with activities and the kids learn to play together and take turns. We sometimes have Mr. Tien for free play and my son always has a blast with him. He has great energy!My son’s birthday party was amazing. He truly felt special during the entire party. It always amazes me how both Ms. Huong & Mr. Tien remember every child’s name between classes & parties! The ease of the party was also great. 3391 NJ-27, Franklin Park“Great local gym with a variety of equipment and machines that fits your workout needs (pun very much intended). If you are new to this gym, you can do a 3 day free trial before committing to a full membership or buying a day/week pass. Since I'm on vacation back home for the holidays, I will only be getting a week pass ($25). For anyone who is not too sure of how often they will go to the gym or are in town for a short period of time, you can buy a day pass for $10. I ended up doing some running on the treadmill because it was raining. The treadmill was kind of old (the built in fan was dusty) and difficult to use (touchscreen was not super sensitive). However, there were staff everywhere ensuring that machines and equipment were clean. Probably just one of those machines that they invested in a few years ago and will be used until it falls apart. Will be curious to check out the other equipment they have in the upcoming days. Overall, pretty decent accommodations, ranging from a sauna in the locker rooms and beverages up front. There is also a theater in the back, but I'm not 100% sure what it is used for. They also hold group classes in a small room in the back corner. If it is not actively being used for a class, it's a great place to stretch for warm up and/or cool down.”

I’ve been lifting for 4-5 years now and I’ve been to so many gyms but this is by far my most favorite. This gym is great for social/non social people & they have great machine that you won’t find at commercial gyms. Personally I enjoy working out and looking up at all of the pictures/paintings of the pros they have on the wall; it’s a reminder to go harder. Overall the best gym in the area for sure.”
“The N Brunswick establishment is a clean, and super fun location with parking.Tho encouraged to do what you can at your own speed, all instructors perform a safe/intense workout. From hitting the bag you select (different weight capacity) with punching and kicking combos, core isolation to hand/barbell weights/medicine balls. Warm ups/down, breathing and stretching techniques are included as well. All while speaking clearly using a headset, listening to a music selection of their choice to entice an upbeat mood.They provide a cleaning solution/paper towels to wipe your area after your workout.SUPER DIVERSE from ages etc., to skill levels, ALL ARE WELCOMED, advanced and beginners (like myself) however, I don’t feel judged as instructors and seasoned participants alike take the class also.I look forward to every class as early as 5:30am to evening time slots (Not really any late afternoon wkday classes 12-3 or late Sat-Sun. Get it in early, ppl have lives!) as I continue my 16wk challenge. I also anticipate making this type of exercise regimen a way of life to stay fit and physically healthy…. And it’s so much fun!”

“Stellar local gym. The owner, Gary, is very sweet and really cares about people & his facility. It has all the equipment you'd need and it's never crowded so I've never had to wait in a line for something I've wanted to use. The equipment and decor all share a unified retro aesthetic. Everything is kept extremely clean - I see the owner cleaning basically every night. This all leads to the atmosphere of this gym being very calming, perfect if you favor a quiet relaxing workout experience. Lots of mirrors and high windows letting in natural light. I just can't imagine using a crowded noisy commercial gym after frequenting this place.All the patrons are very friendly. Besides weights, there are cardio machines, a martial arts dojo with classes offered, personal trainers, spin bikes, and more. I've been coming here over a year now and it's become my new happy place.”

“Fantastic facilities inside what looks like an old building. The basket ball court is great and so is the weights room. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is open only to Rutgers University students, faculty and staff. This is one of several gymnasiums that Rutgers University has but this is probably the only one on College Avenue campus.”
