I work not too far from Tom's shop. So it's very convenient to have a good, honest, and reliable mechanic to work on your car while you work. I will continue to go to Bridge Street whenever I need work on my car.

Excellent repair shop, from the other Tom and the other mechanics, they are careful to make the proper vehicle repairs and listen to the customer. Excellent mechanics and shop.

Called these guys as I had a slow leak in one of my tires and the owner told me to come in later in the afternoon as they were busy and they'd take me right in. Got there around 2:30 and they pulled my car right in and had the rear tire off in 2 seconds flat. Found the leak (small nail/brad) and repaired it with a patch and not a plug. Sonny who worked on my tire was a complete pro and even put up with me looking over his shoulder all while asking numerous questions the entire time (hey, I'm an engineer/geek). Check the air pressure in all four tires and sent me on my way. All for only $25!!! I would use them again...

Great service at a great price. My wife and I are super-particular about the care of our cars. For years, dealership mechanics where the only folks that touched our cars (Audi; Lexus; Toyota; VW). Now, Bridge Street does it all. Suggestion: look around their shop ... considering the nature of their work, it's spotless. That's an indication of the caliber of maintenance performed here. It's called pride in one's craft. Bottom line: these guys are Pros!
