Where do I start? When I first joined, I was greeted by a sign that said due to member vandalism, the steam room is down. After 3 weeks passed, the steam room was still down. I asked the trainer (some sort bald guy) when it would be fixed and he told me they are taking their time to teach people a lesson on how to behave in the gym....really?Ended up going back to Retro fitness. Much cheaper and the staff is much nicer.

I love it there I go for pacifically the pool, the dry sauna, and the hours fit my schedule.The employees are always very nice. Nice & clean women's bathroom similar to a spa.???????

Decided to try this place when Retro closed and it was a big mistake. Steam room had broken glass on the floor due to a light being broken. They told me a member broke it and it would be fixed. 3 weeks later and it was still broken. They had the ceiling open with lose hanging wires as well....Did not want to get electrocuted so I went to Planet fitness for$10 a month. It is more organized and cleaner. Stay away from this place.

Old, rusty weights, broken mirrors and the mens sauna was down for a while with broken glass. They blamed it on "members" (They had a sign in front saying members broke it) and punished the rest of them by not fixing it for months. Lifetime fitness will be opening in 2024 with a full array of services for not much more than what this place charges ($60/month+)

The place is littered with random junk from camp coconuts. The pool is dirty and there is a mirror which has been busted for months. Not sure how they stay open. Weights are all rusty and old. For $60 a month go elsewhere.

Used to go here when it was 365. Tried again and it is the same. For the money wait for the new gym lifetime fitness opening in 2024. The roof here still leaks after decades.

I love I Am Fitness! This has been my gym for a very long time. I wish I was able to go more often. I do miss the 24 hr, but its never too packed, and there's lots space.

Great gym that has all the equipment needed plus salt water pool. Locker rooms and showers new and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful

great gym in middletown nj love that the membership comes with sauna and steam room and saltwater pool . my teen daughter who is also a member loves the basketball courts and free weiggts and group classes . i love that we can go together but that the gym is so huge we don't have to be together. another thing about the gym is that the staff is super friendly and helpful . The gym also has brand new showers and locker rooms I love taking a shower before going home and they provide everything from shampoos to blow dryers . they gym also has different classes starting up and always the newest ones . i will be doing their new kangoo jump class . it looks like so much fun . the other great thing about the gym is the reasonable price amd the easy parking

I've been a member of I Am Fitness for a very long time. I've watch the renovations blossom into a beautiful gym. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and teach a really great class. I am really enjoying the salt water pool, steam room and sauna. I feel like I am at a spa. The equipment is excellent and you'll definitely get a great workout . I Am Fitness gym has everything and is a must see. You won't be disappointed.

I've been working out here for about 3 years now and I love it! There is never a long wait for machines or weights, the people who go there are always kind and helpful, and the staff is friendly. They also have great amenities like the sauna and steam room open to any members as well as the pool. The have a bunch of great programs they are always running along with lots of different classes.
