Was not my favorite storage facility, but it's fine for the price. Unit was a unit, light always turned off on me because my unit was out of the detector parameters.What did stick with me was, upon signing up in the office with the representative in the throws of RSV, I was handed a religious pamphlet with my sign up paperwork, and essentially told I need Jesus... set the uncomfortable feeling off HARD.My unit was 4x10, although I was billed for a 5x10. I realized after moving in and felt too uncomfortable talking to the office about it, given my move in experience.Notables: You gotta cancel 15 days ahead of time. Public/Extra don't, so I was unaware and lost my deposit. No online payment options for autopay. You have to call to change it.

No phone call or email about this. Had to find out about this after I got there and couldn’t put anything in storage. Really horrible of them, you pay automatically every month for what, to get inconvenienced. Smh

Good for what I needed and my friend. Plenty of room and sizes to choose from. The reason no one is there sometimes to answer the phone is because she is cleaning the mess sometimes left behind by people renting. I stopped to asked her although she answered everytime I called. She is very nice and her name is Carmen if I am spelling it correctly.

Great prices but bad services no online bill pay good luck getting someone to answer the phone have to go down in person to pay.. too inconvenient!!
