This company completely screwed up my schedule, and by the time the filters got here, I had to buy another set elsewhere. Terrible service, no shipping conformation, this is absolutely not the way to do business. I will buy elsewhere next time, and wish I'd have read the reviews before ever trying this company.

Finally received my filters I had ordered and paid for a month before. Customer service is sub par but Dawn helped me along the way. If I order through them again, I will be sure to order well ahead to be sure I have filters when I need them.
