I didn't recognize my car. They did an amazing job fixing my bumper. My car looked brand new. I was pleasantly surprised, when they detailed my car. The girls in the front desk were sweet and friendly. I received daily updates on the repair. I would highly recommend V&F Auto Body.

Smooth process from start to finish! The ladies at the office were great to work with. Responsive, friendly and straight to the point. The physical repairs transcend right back to the staff working the shop. It's nice to leave your car in good hands and pick it back up as if nothing ever happened. Color matching can be intimidating, but they nailed it. Highly recommend. ?

I've been taking our vehicles to V and F for many years, perhaps pushing 20 or so. Small jobs and large, They are super dependable, easy to communicate with, and seamless in their service. They are happy to deal directly with insurers to make sure the job is complete, which makes things easier on the customer. Luckily we don't have too many accidents, but it's good to know I can count on V and F.

Great job they did on my Lexus. Nicole is very knowledgable of the repair procedures and Lisa and Nancy are so welcoming and fun to talk to you. Making a bad experience great.

this was the best experience i ever had with an autobody shop. people were very nice, work was excellent, time frame was great. they took care of me renting a car from enterprise with the car delivered to the shop and i dropped it off at v& f when car was finished. also they waxed and washed my car !

Against my better judgement went here instead of my own body shop since it seemed easier with insurance. I called and made appt with them directly to get car repaired. I take time off work to go here and they tell me it’s just an estimate and they can’t repair car for over a month. I gave some feedback to staff in calm voice that it would have been nice to know this before taking time off work driving 20 min out of my way and securing rental reservation. They become irate and basically threw me out of shop. I would have accepted a simple apology. I have options and only went here since I thought it would save time. I advise to go elsewhere if your insurance allows (seems like most of their business is insurance claims since they are in network)

The best Auto Body repair place in New Jersey.Very professional, friendly and most importantly customer oriented.Nicole C. Ferraro is the owner and CEO of this business. She oversees the entire business meticulously by rolling up her sleeves and doing estimates so accurately and thoroughly.Very reliable and does not charge a penny more than the actual cost. Nit greedy at all.I have been going there for over 10 years for my own needs and friends needs.They accept insurance and also work without insurance by being generous.All the staff are certified including Nicole and they update their skills by continuing certification periodically.Nicole is such a good person that, for some minor dents, bends and scratches, they fix it immediate then and there without charging a penny. (Where as there are businesses out there who cantake advantage of the situation and charge for such incident’s exorbitantly)Lisa at the front desk is a very friendly person with a smile on her face all the time helping the customers with scheduling appointments and billing and other paperwork. The entire place (office inside and out and the work place ) is spic and span and very hygienic.Their turn around time is also very short.With my 10 years of acquaintance with this business, I highly recommend V&F Auto Body to any body for their Auto Body work requirements.With this, I wish V&F Auto Body and especially Ms. Nicole C. Ferraro to grow their business with leaps and bounds and keep serving the customers with their ethical practices and earn customer confidence and trust.
