The woman behind the desk is super knowledgeable and provides great customer service. One of the men stopped being in the business of customer service three minutes before closing today. I arrived at 4:57pm to find the doors locked (store closes at 5pm). A man came to the door, said that they're closed and I showed the time on my phone. He said "Sorry we close in a couple minutes and that's not enough time to mix you a quart." What a bummer after fighting 45 min of traffic to get there...

Terrible customer service and bad attitude. The lady with blond hair at the register was chatting with her friends the whole time and did not pay attention to my order. Then she tried to blame me when she made wrong paint. Very disappointing experience. I will not shop here again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people! Nice welcoming experience overall. Everybody here seemed to go out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and got just what I wanted! Only place I buy paint and supplies from.

Ordered blinds for the bathroom. Bob was very helpful in suggesting to go with faux wood because of the humidity in the bathroom. He also stayed on top of the order to get it delivered on time especially with all the parts shortages going on with Hunter Douglas. Very happy with the customer service and the product.

The Paint Barn team is fantastic! Michelle, Bob and Adam are a true pleasure to work with and have helped us with an in-home color consultation, Benjamin Moore paints and primers, and most recently custom window blinds and installation. We are so grateful to have their expertise so close to home!

Friendly & knowledgeable service. Had all the Benjamin Moore paint so making a decision was both difficult (so many choices!) and wonderful (no limit on your imagination!). Certainly recommend them for all your painting needs!

Adam was extremely helpful with finding a finish for my house, and Evan from triumph painting did an amazing job painting my garage. Flawless finish and great help finding the perfect paint for this application. Highly recommend.

The Paint Barn is a great local place however the owner or store manager was walking around with no mask on, and then talking on the phone in his office with no mask and the door open! I found this really disrespectful to customers. As someone who has a condition where I can’t get COVID at any cost, I don’t plan on returning to this store anytime soon.

Paint Barn is a great place! I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is very helpful and always go out of their way to help with all of my painting needs. They also referred me to a great painting company - Triumph Painting - that have painted several rooms in my house! I would definitely recommend Paint Barn to everyone!

The store cat is the best part of the whole Paint Barn experience! All of the employees are extremely kind and helpful. The staff also has a great variety of painters to refer especially Triumph Painting who did a great job in my own home painting kitchen cabinets. Would definitely go back and suggest them!
