Dr. Ni said she had written URGENT for a referral for me to talk to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist Kerry canceled on me 2 times. my appointment with Dr. Ni was in October and they keep blowing me off like I am nothing important at all and they’re not making an effort to schedule me and I feel like they didn’t care not one single bit after I told her about the things that were going on with me, it just seems like they don’t really care. it’s actually giving me more anxiety and stress and frustration dealing with this office and only having one psychiatrist available when online it says there’s like 30 available psychiatrist.

Pro - Dr Necsutu is the best at her job.Con - Was billed twice for my copay. I was instructed to swipe and sign 2 times. Apparently, the payment did not go thru the first time. That was an error.
