This is a disappointing review. I'm extremely disheartened by the lack of professionalism shown to me by the owner of this studio. Just wow! She speaks so much about community and accountability and showing up to be a Yes. Well I bought what she was selling, and signed up for Yoga Training. One 3 occasions I reached out to her asking the details of the payment plan 3 wks before training was to start. She replied 4 days before training and said $500 due. That was an unreasonable amount of time. I'm a stay at home Homeschooling mama on one income, which is why I asked for a payment schedule, not 4 days notice when she in fact received my emails. She then basically implied that I should do what I had to do and completely went back on her own philosophy of community. I said I can't do that and asked to make the payment in 2 wks. After an exchange of emails I just replied that I didn't want to put her out in anyway and I would just take my refund and apply it to another yoga training. Since then she has ended all correspondence and refuses to issue me a refund and I am owed one based on her own policy. I'm not sure who operates a business like this or even teaches students to be a Yes and her attitude is clearly a NO. No accountability, no refund, no acknowledgement, no nothing. So buyers please beware, it's very clear that we all still have some growing to do and self awareness..some more than others. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Now I have to take legal action for my refund.
