I was here on Tuesday morning and the wonderful young lady named Izzy was a great help. I needed to find a new pair of shoes for myself and she was able to help me find 2 that I loved! I will be going back to see her again next time I need a new pair.

I am so bummed that I am giving this store a negative review. For years my kids have grown up wearing sketchers and my parents as seniors, find them to be the best for support and comfort. However I arrived to purchase 2 pairs, of kids sneakers, as it was advertised on every kid shoe aisle, 2 for 50 dollars with out disclosure of any excluded sneakers on any of the signs but it ended up being a 70+ total. I had spent over an hour finding the favorite pairs for my daughter, in her size. Which was a little unnerving because the young lady stocking the shoes, didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered and was not very helpful. But when questioned the total, the girl kind laughed at me about it and i definitely didn't appreciate it. I went and text a few mom friends a picture of the sale sign to tell them about the sale, only to call them as I left, to tell them not to bother. Unfortunately, I decided to keep the purchase because my daughter absolutely loved her choices, but I wanted so badly to return them. Still might just do that if I can order them somewhere else or get her to choose others, just because I don't wish to contribute to this particular store. I can understand if the sign said pairs 39.99 and under, but it did not.

I have loved Sketchers shoes for many years. This was the first time I was able to visit a store. The staff was awesome I saw great teamwork and communication. I was able to purchase 2 pair this time because they informed me of sales. I won't hesitate to go back.

Sketchers products are comfortable and have been my go to brand for work shoes. There are good deals at this store. The sales reps needs to be more helpful.

This was the worst experience at 1:30 pm on 05/22/24 I experienced that the workers of this establishment are terrible and ignorant and are all in bad moods the store is dirty trash from the shoes everywhere the workers don’t care to help the customers just stand around talking and get ignorant when you ask for help. I am a very heavy set lady with a size 11 shoe in men’s to hear comments from the male workers under their breathe is not right let alone for them to be on the heavy side too and work at this store they need new workers or new management I will never come back to this store due to the nature of this establishment and how it looks and is ran

As a former employee I whole heartedly believed in the company motto and product. Everything from the customers to my co workers it was a fabulous experience. I was saddened I had to quit suddenly because of the store and district manager. I had a stellar rapport with guests and co workers. My work ethic was high, never late/ or called out etc. I believe and know it from my heart that those managers were discriminatory and is why they never gave me a chance at being promoted when there were many opportunities available multiple occasions. I worked just as hard if not harder than most. I was commended constantly by customers for my customer service with no complaints what so ever. My stacking and shifting skills were that of a seasoned floor lead who trained me very well... My leads and supervisors were even helping me and training/ showing me how to do things for the next position up. No amount of talent, hope, skill, dedication, integrity compares to nepotism and hatred. I hope anyone who considers employment there keeps their options open and stands against discrimination.

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF IT LET ME MANAGEMENT Please get better employees here there are 4 out of 5 people standing around while one lady does everything in the store it’s ridiculous that they dont do anything please get this lady help she should not be doing all the work
