I hate that I even have to put one star. This place should be condemned. Cleanliness and upkeep do not exist here. All the owners care about is money, and they sure aren't putting it into the place. I paid $340 a week and never had any hot water, the roaches and mice might as well of been considered dependents, my sink was being held up by a toddler chair (see photos), and my toilet wouldn't flush without having to lift the lid and pull the chain, the solution to fixing these issues was having us move rooms after 5 months! And they only had us move because they were redoing the floors. The dumpster is constantly overflowing because they allow way too many people onto the property. Immigrants come by bus loads and have up to 10 people in one room. This place is the definition of a nightmare motel. You're better off sleeping in your car or camping out in the woods.Noteworthy details: This place should be condemned and bulldozed. The fact it exists is a health hazard to everyone in the area. Nothing but nut cases and junkies living there, all the owners care about is money and they aren't putting it into the place.

Place needs new doors new bathroom tiles seal all cracks this place needsThe enter sign turned on, and fix all parking lot, basement full of water causing sewer bugs to all rooms,place is sinking, has mold, place needs airfan vent on bathroom

The things nightmares are made out of. All reviews within past 1-5 months are spot on. Disgusting and infested with all kinds of pests is an understatement. I promise you will find more comfort sleeping on a bench on the AC Boardwalk than you will here.

Literally one of the worst motels I've stayed at, and I've stayed at hundreds. First off, the toilet didn't even flush, there's roaches literally everywhere,air conditioners broke, and they charge $375 a week HA! Don't expect a new room once you find dozens of dead and living roaches, or a broken toilet, hell just "send his guy" over, it's my 6th day and no ones come to fix the toilet or AC yet, they also haven't came and sprayed for the roaches like he claimed either, I asked for a new room and explain to him I can't use the bathroom he told me "no no no no new room" enjoy the horrific experience. Also hope you like roaches crawling on you at night.
