I’ve been living here for five years and honestly I can’t wait to move out. I first signed my lease at $1,670 and over the years it’s now come to $2,101 after begging and pleading with them to not raise the rent as I’m a long term tenant. Two days ago I saw an additional $15 charge on my water bill, called the office and they said they would call the billing department and get back to me. It’s now the 1st of June - aka the rent is due, and no one has called me back, I had to follow up this morning myself and was told the person who was handling that situation was “not in today” and the best she could do was “text him.” Truthfully, I’ve been very tolerant of their shenanigans over the last 5 years but enough is enough. If they had even one ounce of professionalism the issue would’ve been taken care of ahead of the rent being due and I would’ve been contacted ahead of me having to follow up as the tenant. Truly, at one point I really loved living here but I can honestly say with candor, I CANNOT WAIT to leave this place, I am so over it!

Quiet community, nice decent people. Pool, playground, nice big dog park. Can leave stuff in my truck and leave unlocked and not be worried, clean property they take care of. The central air works great. The inside of the apartment is nice, not perfect, im sure I can call and get the few things that aren’t perfect fixed, just haven’t had the time. The only thing we are not super happy about even tho they are clean and nice are the rugs through the house. Would rather wood flooring.

I applied at the beginning of the month and was called my Annette and told I had been approved i had a date set to get the keys and was walked through the next steps 3 days before I’m suppose to pick up the keys she asked me to call her and told me her manager denied me A MONTH WASTED I ADVISED MY LANDLORD, electricity company and cable

This review is STRICTLY FOR JOSE FROM MAINTENANCE! (He's not our regular maintenance guy) If I could request home for every service I would! He didn't come just do one thing, he serviced everything I put a request in for. He actually solved the problem, ones that I've been having for months, and not just fixed it for the time being. He is awesome!!!!

The complex is a good locating you can get to all the local highway. You have access to several mall (Cherry hill) route 70, 73, 38, 295 and 95 give access to Phila., Central Jersey and the beaches in Atlantic City etc. The community is quite and the amenities are good. The area is safe and good place for outdoor activities. I would have given the rating a 5 but apartments need an upgrade to make this a great value.
