My experience was excellent. The seller wanted to close quickly. This team worked diligently and beyond to make it happen. I have dealt with other mortgage companies who were not very good. Guild mortgage is the best out there. Grant is absolutely wonderful and very professional. I highly recommend this mortgage company.

AMAZING service, the only bank (out of several I tried) that actually got me all the way through the home buying process and stayed by my side the whole time. I had such a great experience with the team at Cherry Creek Mortgage. They were on top of everything and kept me informed throughout the process. I even threw them a curveball near the closing date, but they were able to handle last min changes with ease. I highly recommend them and I will be referring all of my family/friends to them in the future.

Grant explained in so much detail the entire process and was quick replying to any questions i had. First apologies to my grammar because English is not my first language but I just want to express my gratitude to Grant. Grant with his team has helped us along our difficult journey into buying our home. He is there even at weekends always ready and quick to answer to matter questions we had. Easy to talk with and encourage me to ask questions that made me at ease to ask them. He explains everything patiently to me and make sure we understand them. He tells it with honesty and no nonsense. If my concerns is not related to him he guide me to the right person to contact or he even contact them himself. Grant together with his team is amazing. This team is absolutely unbelievable, every step of the way. I appreciate everything they did for me and my wife to find us our amazing home. If you are buying a house for the first time or are a young couple, you should work with them 100%. They are thorough, communicative, and fun to work with during a sometimes stressful process. I can’t imagine working with anybody else and I don’t let any of my family or friends purchase a home before at least giving them a call first. Me and my wife couldn’t be happier.
