this company has been billing me for several months as i am poa for my mom who is in assisted living/nursing care , i have called several times and explained i am not responsible for any medical bills and i only have abilty to make medical decisions, she has healthcare as well as medicaid /medicare and they sre to bill them not me!!, everytime i call i get the same reponse " oh sorry we will get it taken care of" yet another bill comes in the mail!! well pound salt your not getting my money!!!

Total pain -- they don't pick up the phone. when the finally do, they can't find the paperwork they are supposed to have. they then refuse to send information because they can't find the paperwork. Super frustrating!!!

Rating -10 Their delivery driver displays severe anger issues. As if that isn't bad enough-this is while he is delivering prescriptions to a residence with a patient on Hospice care! Can you even imagine? Twice he behaved in a horrendous manner. What an awful and disgusting person IPPC has delivering comfort medications to those caring for someone at the end of life. Just disgusting. When I called IPPC to inform them of how rude a driver they have, they do not even answer the phone. I advised our Hospice provider of this person's behavior as they have the contract with IPPC, not me. The first time, their driver was SCREAMING on the phone to me that no one was at my front door quick enough to take the prescriptions, when in fact my son had already accepted and signed for the medications. Second poor behavior was today when the same rude and horrid employee claimed I didn't sign my name right as evidence of acceptance of the medication. He YELLED that I was stealing () the medication and he was going to call the police. He finally decided, I guess, that he was in fact acting like an idiot and starting leaving and appeared to try and deliberately back into my car. There are many other organizations-such as ExactCare Pharmacy in Lakewood-who are so wonderful and pleasant with deliveries and overall customer service. IPPC is just disgusting to have this lunatic as a representative.
