A true hidden gem in Maple Shade! I have been to my fair share of dress shops but this one is by far the best. I cannot say enough positive things about Rena Elle and all of the amazing women that work here! From the second that I walked in, to my alterations, to the day that I left with my dress, it was everything that I could have imagined and more!
10/10 experience, 10/10 alterations, 10/10 women!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Trying on dresses and purchasing my wedding dress was nice, they could have a bigger selection but I found one I loved. Little did I know their seamstress is a nightmare. My biggest regret was not getting my dress and getting out of there right away.
The dress took about 5 months to come in. I came to try on my dress for my 2nd fitting and the seamstress didn’t bring my dress, not sure why my dress was even at her house an hour away from the shop to begin with. The shop along with the seamstress blamed me for not calling to confirm my appointment.
I don’t live there so I had to buy another flight to try on the dress before my wedding day. This time I made sure to confirm multiple times but they were still so chaotic in confirming the date and time. I made sure I told them I was leaving with my dress that day, when I got there the seamstress told me she still had to cut the bottom, do the bustle and press and steam the dress. She told me to go get some drinks and come back in an hour in a half. I showed up an hour and a half later, the dress wasn’t pressed or steamed. They claimed they did actually do it and once questioned, they whipped over the ironing board and proceeded to do so. You could immediately tell they lied. We asked for a discount on the almost $1,000 alterations and the seamstress almost lost her mind. Worst customer service ever, she even told me “I love you but I’m mad at you” when I met the woman 1 time and she claimed I didn’t call her cell phone to confirm the appointment, only called the shop. Since when is it the customers responsibility to make sure the employees do their jobs. Highly do not recommend, unless you want the worst wedding dress shopping experience of your life.

Came in two weeks before my wedding needing a veil and a reception dress (I had originally planned on wearing one dress the whole day). Malka rose to the occasion and helped me find a veil that matched my ceremony dress (after weeks of failed attempts online) as well as a beautiful reception dress. Hiba did the alternations on the reception dress and was so sweet. They saved my day and I am so grateful.

I leave two stars because the dress selection is beautiful and before you say yes to the dress the staff is supportive. However, I wouldn’t recommend you getting your dresses altered here. Buying a wedding gown is not cheap and getting alterations is an added expense. I got alterations done by the same shop and thank God I asked for my dress two months prior to my wedding. When I received my dress the gown still fit big, even though they were “fitting it” which took the shop about a month and a half to give me my dress. When I picked up my dress I showed the staff that the chest area that continued to be big and when I bent down you could see inside. The shops solution was “use tape”. Tape will only do so much. Besides this the “alterations” were noticeable and uneven. Alterations should not be noticed at a distance and in this case they were! The alterations were done by hand(definitely did not take longer than 30min-1hr) that when I was wearing my dress some of the stitches that were “altered” fell apart! Thankfully I have found a experienced taylor whom is also questioning how a dress shop specially for future brides would dare tell a customer it’s ready to take home when the dress is definitely not ready!

This was my third wedding dress appointment. I initially booked the appointment to try on a specific style dress and confirmed several times even less than a week before the appointment that they had it in store for me to try on. When I got there, they did not have the dress I was looking to try on. I realized I didn’t want that style anyways. I only tried on 3 dresses and she came in the dressing room with me, I was fine to dress and undress with her but she didn’t ask. The sales associates both said I looked beautiful in both and had me walk around to see if I liked it. They did offer a discount if I bought the dress that weekend. Not the nicest experience I had but I wouldn’t not recommend it

As soon as I walked into the boutique, I felt so excited! I had a specific budget I needed to stay in, and not one time did she try to press me to spend more than I said I could. She showed me the dresses within my budget and let me try on as many as I wanted, with no limits or frustrations. She was so patient, sweet and SO kind the entire time I was in there. Honest feedback about how some of the dresses fit me/made me look, but did in a way that was respectful and not belittling. We ended up finding my perfect dress and I couldn’t be happier! The experience was wonderful, and I’d 100% buy from them again! Going back for alterations in June and feeling just as excited for the next step.

We had such a wonderful experience picking out my daughters Quinceanera dress. The staff was wonderful! Arlene and Malka were wonderful consultants. The tailoring was impeccable! Very pleased with our experience!

I can't say enough!! My son was married in Sept 2023 and this was the only shop I found the perfect dress. I tried on many but I was too late to order. The last dress I tried on was the winner!! The staff are so supportive and friendly. I believe Hiba (hope thats her name) did the alterations. She's amazing, handled the 4 layers in my skirt like it was nothing. I came back because I wanted a permanent bustle realizing the train was too long and in minutes sewed it up for me. Love the dress, customer service was ? thanks for all of your help!!! Bad picture of a picture but you get it and awful hair/makeup stylist but whatev!

We came here for my niece's homecoming dress. Rula was VERY helpful and caring. She took lots of time with my niece to make sure the dress was exactly what she wanted. We will definitely be back for a prom dress.

I was obsessed with this bridal boutique!!!! I had the best wedding dress that any woman could dream of!!!! I love the seamstress Marianna!!!! She was amazing !!! I got pregnant after the initial fitting and she still changed my dress with the most phenomenal alterations ! Malka and Rula were amazing!!!! They helped me every step of the way and gave me the best experience ever !!! I couldn’t do for more. !!! Love them !!!

This is my 3rd time purchasing a Prom dress from Rene Elle. It is easy to make an appointment and once there, we always receive the time and attention to select the perfect dress. They have a wonderful selection in style and price. Unlike other dress shops in the area, the saleswomen give honest feedback with no pressure or rushing to make a decision. We will return again ( and again!). I'm sharing a photo of the dress we purchased last year for my daughter's Junior Prom. It was unique and stunning!
