This Lowes store has the absolute worst customer services. The managers don't know what they are doing. You will wait on hold for 30mins to an hour only to be hung up on several times. If you need to get anything done with customer service you have to go in person, wait and for someone to help you only to be told you have to wait or come back. I have done several purchases and install orders with 3rd party vendors of Lowes and working with their 3rd party vendors is easier than working with this Lowes. Buyers beware. Do not expect to get answers or the help need. Th. Are always short staffed and when you're in store needing help, good luck finding someone.

I really want to love this Lowe's. It's convenient for all my renovation projects and I like the selection of home improvement materials and decor. But it's just AWFUL! The staff is completely unconcerned with customer service. There are never any carts. On 3 occasions we went to buy lumber and had to leave and go to Home Depot because we had no way to transport the lumber to check out. Often, the staff uses all the carts to hold inventory, both clogging up the aisles and keeping the carts from customers. The cart that are sometimes available often have broken wheels. Today, we had to teach the checkout lady how to scan lumber. She kept looking for a price tag. I spend thousands and thousands of dollars here a year, but now I'm switching back to Home Depot and other smaller suppliers. I just can't waste my time here anymore

Fun times. First we are greeted by staff in the parking lot pointing out a customer. Then get in the store looking for assistance in getting keys made. Ask the cashier to call for assistance. She called right away. We stood in aisle 2 for about 5 minutes. I walk out into the main aisle and three staffers are chatting away. They see me and continue to chat another minute. Then one walks the other way. Another one slowly walks toward me and asks if I need help. Uh....yes....been waiting. She says she didn't hear the p.a. announcement. And then she came to assistance. They were out of stock for one the keys she says....out of stock and walks away. Clearly she could have suggested that we use the nearby kiosk. Whatever, we figured it out. I guess she was mad that I wanted her to perform her.....job. Geez.

Do not order from Lowes and have it delivered. Lowes takes no responsibility of order once made, they blame everything on 3rd party delivery service for all of the mistakes. I've been blown off by maple shade store for 2 days now with NO answers. Total Joke!

My Home Warranty' company agreed to replace my refrigerator. We found a good option for us and the order was placed (Tuesday) from the Maple Shade Lowes.. After a few days we were told the refrigerator would be delivered the coming Monday. Monday morning we got busy clearing out the refrigerator and prepping for the delivery. No one showed. After repeated calls to Lowes we found that no delivery had actually been scheduled. But we were told it would be delivered the next Monday. That Sunday we got a call from Lowes providing a delivery time window. We again got things ready for the delivery. No one showed. I called and eventually found out that the appliance was never put on the truck. more calls and we were *guaranteed* that our delivery would happen Monday. No one showed. No one called. I ended up speaking to Pat who said that he would personally make sure that the delivery would happen the next Monday. Apparently this means nothing because , of course, no one showed. Calls to the store go unanswered, or answered after 10+ minutes of waiting for *someone* to pick up. then I get to hear how the person is the only one there, put on hold for someone else and eventually disconnected. Customer service has been unhelpful, has no clue and will eventually drop your call. Apparently Lowes (at least this branch) cannot deliver an appliance or oad a truck. We are trying to get some other resolution through the home warranty company, since it's been 4 false deliveries now. Just to get away from Lowes in general and this branch in particular. If you value your time, do not order from here. There are other options available that you should take advantage of.

This is the worst Lowe's in existence. the Paint counter employees are ignorant and don't know the difference in paints. If there is actually someone working there. 25 years in construction and i hate when i have to come here. i usually go to the Home Depot around the corner or to another Lowe's. Today the lady here told me, "if you don't like how it is here, go somewhere else!!" 10/14/21 at 12:23 pm.

Lowe's has very bad customer service! I have ordered my refrigerator at store they said they are going to delivery in 10 business days, they didn't call me for late delivery, when I called 4 times finally someone tell me it's going to delivery on tomorrow ( on 11th day), when the truck came they opened the box the fridge door was broken and some scratched at front and side! When I called store customer service ( waited for 10mins there is some one to pick up) and told her the damage, she only said " we will call you for next delivery" and hung up the phone on me! In three day I have called them about 20 times, each time waiting 9mins -20mins then disconnected if someone picked up then transfer to other line then Waited about 10 mins more it disconnected itself ! I tried to called the from Wednesday-Friday for 20 time I'm still can't reach them to talk to! So disappointed I'm wondering how Lowe's does business!

Workers lie about the saw on the lumber side of the store being broken, all they have to do is say the person who operates the saw isn't available but instead they lie and say the saw is broken

We ordered a stove and dish washer. I confirmed with them to call my number, they even had my number saved to my husband's account since the last time we ordered from them they called me as my husband's phone is always muted due to work. The dishwasher wasn't in stock so it would be a couple weeks. Fine. They read my phone number off to me as the contact number. Two weeks go by and my husband looks down at his phone at lunch time to see 7 missed calls..from Lowes. They were at our house trying to deliver the appliances. My number was never called once. Husband called the next day to reschedule and the employees couldn't even find any proof of the transaction (we had receipt) and said a manager would call back asap. It was memorial day weekend so we didn't push it, they were busy. But by Weds still no call. Absolutely unacceptable. We paid them a lot of money, carefully confirmed who they'd call, they called a number I didn't even think they had and then just have left us hanging. Update: Finally got to talk to someone. She was completely rude, didn't want to be bothered, and told us the only way we could ever get the appliances we ever paid for was to call the store between the hours of 5AM and 7AM. Not really acceptable. Our work schedules made that impossible so we called around noon. Got a at least nicer lady who listened and said she'd call back. Never did. Now one week out past the missed delivery and no idea when or if we will be receiving the things we paid for already.

This place is a total joke. The employees here have no sense of urgency. The customer service desk is a total waste of time.

I have to give Lowe's a strong 3 stars. Prices are more expensive vs the shitbag competitor in orange, but always seem to get above and beyond assistance when I ask for help, not like the garbage service and products from the other place. Don't get me wrong, both sell garbage made in China, but Lowe's is more classy and professional about it when selling you the inferior products....oh! And they charge you more for it like we don't realize where it is made. The days of Made in the USA are over...thank Richard Nixon for that!

Visited Lowes after doing some shopping around for some windows and sliding glass doors. I ordered them on 3/28/21 and was told verbally that they would be delivered to my house on 4/23/21. With that date that was given to me and also that date being printed on my receipt of when I would have them delivered I went and booked my contractor to start the work at my house which is a huge project on 5/3/21. I got a call on 4/22/21from an Elias and he left a message stating that my sliding door is in and will be delivered on time on the date of 4/23/21 but the 2 windows will not be in until 6/28/21. Of course that is just unacceptable so I called the Maple Shade NJ store back and spoke with a Matt who was a supervisor in Mill Work and his exact words were that he does not really work in windows and doors and they do not manufacture the windows so they cannot give an exact date. I informed Matt that I booked my contractor based on the dates they gave me verbally and what is on my receipt. Matt informed me that Elias will be giving me a call back after his break and I still have not heard back from him or a manager about this issue. I am not sure if breaks are 2 1/2 hours long or Lowes is just trying to avoid the fact that they cannot meet the commitments they give to the customers. I will give it until tomorrow morning to hear back from someone or the next call will be above the store level.

Never fails. Even before Covid. If you exchange your propane tank at this store, be prepared to walk back in the store to customer service because no one is coming to exchange your tank for you. Been like this for years. Better system is needed.

I came here for a simple bolt... customer service had an incredible line that I wasn't going to wait in. So I happened to spot an employee but most times it's like trying to catch a gazelle, they're always on the move. I asked the employee if they could call someone over to the dept I was in, I guess I got the luck of the draw bc the woman was actually knowledgeable and I mentioned that; Other than that due to 'Covid', the front end was a series of ropes and mazes to get through and the self checkouts are usually full whenever I'm at a store, but I managed to buy my 1 item with not much wait.

I have ordered curbside pickup from them twice for items that show up as "in stock" The first time they canceled the order without notifying me. I found out by checking order status. The second time they sent me a notice that the order was ready for pickup only to call and email me the next day that the order was canceled. I've had better luck at other Lowes so this review applies to Maple Shade only.
