The guys that worked here for years were so nice. Not sure what happened, but the front end staff are rude as F. Workers don't even care if customers are trying to be friendly and cordial. Seems everyone is in a perpetual bad mood these days. So tired of the language barriers when all I'm doing is speaking plain English. Count your change.

The 2 workers that work in the morning they are rude and try to rip you off and play you for a fool. This isn't the first time they tried this. The owner please address this issue. We are paying customers we should not be ripped off.

I no this comment doest mean nothing and will not affect the business. But I go into this 711 every night and I have noticed it is under new management. I say this because I am a chef and no what food should be stored and sold at. The cooked food they sell is burnt it sits under heat lamps and the gentlemen working thr register after I brought it to there attention told me that it was a wright off. But they will sell burnt dried up food food to people just to make a dollar

I give this place 1 star for many reasons. First off, they don't let you use your 7Rewards. Second, I was told that my winning lottery ticket wasn't a winner even though it was. Third, I asked for the annuity option for my lottery tickets and was given the cash option. As someone who has many years left to live, I feel the cash option would be a waste as you're only getting a fraction of the jackpot.

Avoid this 7/11, go to Wawa or somewhere locally owned near by. The staff here are rude and will charge you whatever prices they please. Pretty rough establishment for being in the heart of manasquan. Not the experience I have had at other 7/11.

NOT UP TO USUAL 7 11 STANDARDS!! Went in for 2 things around 7:30 on a Sunday night. Coffee and cigarettes. Poured a cup of Colombian and it was room temperature. So got the regular coffee and it was ok. Bought 2 packs of Marlboro Black and they were old. 1 had an expired promotion ad and the other didn't, but both packs were not fresh. Cigarettes were dry and tobacco was "crunchy" when you squeezed it.

7/11 day is officially ruined. Ran out of blue raspberry so had to have crunch berry. Literal a** in a cup wasn't even filled to the top of the lid. Would not recommend
