I'm not sure how my experience at this bank and with its personnel could've been worse. Rather than find a way to help me with a rather simple deposit, the personnel just kept on reciting their titles. The manager of the branch added a snide remark but nothing of any value. He was carrying coffee from outside though. So maybe he has some value to someone.

Fell behind on my home equity line because of covid they charged me thousands in fees stay away from this place they should be sued like Well Fargo

Just wanted to let people know over 10 years ago i invested 200,000 with their financial planners at Santander Bank. Throughout the term I paid over 50,000 in fees my profit was a measly 15,000. Just want to let everyone know they suck. Mind you the market has done excellent

Wish I could put NEGATIVE stars.. Spoke to Laura on the phone days ago, said she would take care of everything. Showed up there today, dealt with "Rob" after waiting for him to finish his socializing. He was rude, and patronizing. Laura did not have anything set up, and was unable to do what she said she would. Left me in a very bad situation.

Awful customer service. I went in to try and open a small business account and MAry the personal banker couldn't be bothered with wanting to help. She was too busy eating to want to help. Very unprofessional.

Awful customer service. Representative wouldn't help with opening an account couldn't be bothered to help. Didn't care about the sale. all she said was no and kept eating. So glad there's other locations in the area.

I am a member of this bank for many years. Thank God our neighborhood has 2 locations, one on Gordons Corner which has terrible service, and nasty tellers, and another one on Main street which is complete opposite. 99% of my bank business needs I go to Main Street Location, and I was never disappointed. Today, I stopped to deposit checks at Gordons Corner location via drive thru , and again unpleasant experience. The teller was nasty, with an attitude. Very poor management..... if employee can speak to costumers NOT in the professional way.

This pharmacy is so cool. I could get Tylenol and Aspirin here for less than $845 each. That is a great price. Will Definitely come back.
