Had a large package that “couldn’t be delivered” and the carrier never left a pink slip saying where I could pick up my package. After calling and waiting on the phone for nearly 30 minutes I was told my package was at this location and ready to be picked up ASAP. When I arrived about 10 minutes later and let the lady at the desk know what happened, she insisted that my package was not there, despite not even having the common courtesy to check. After aimlessly going back and forth with her, she FINALLY decides to check for my package and lo and behold my package was indeed there! Don’t expect to get your stuff without arguing and bickering with the employees first…

Never answer phones. Never get the mail on time to Ramsey post office. Supposed to be by 10:30 am in our PO Box, never has it been there on time in the last 7 years. This year mail was stamped Jan 2, yet it didn’t get into our P.O. Box until Jan 17!! That’s insane.

My respect for USPS workers keeps getting knocked down because of this location. I manage a business in the area that deals with a high volume of packages during the year- the person who is suppose to come and pick up all the packages never comes to our pick up location but will go to one that is less then a minute drive. Two to three days will pass before they feel like coming down to the stop and pick up the DOZENS of packages that need to go out.The supervisor, Anju, is extremely disrespectful when talking on the phone and had yelled at me before I could even explain the situation. She had suggested that I just drop off all the packages (over a dozen, some large boxes) at a Post Office, since packages were starting to pile up and there was a deadline to mail them out on.The Carrier Annex, also, refused to pick up any of my calls during work hours today (1/10/24) but called at 5:22 pm, an hour and twenty-two minutes after they were closed yesterday (1/09/24).

Seems every so often they for no reason take packages mentioned for local Mahwah delivery, And send them to another location. This has been done to three packages In the past year. One package fell behind a basket and took the 5 days to find it. A shame the quality of worker in the USA has gone right in the CRAPPER

Very knowledgeable employees and quick service! I visit this location every few months to drop off bulk mailings for the nonprofit I work for. Every time, I’ve had a great experience and Raven has answered any questions I’ve had, both in person and over the phone.

Terrible. Don't answer the phone or hang up before you can say anything and don't respond to or handle complaints. Why am I not surprised.

Everyone went above and beyond for me todsy and helped me get my business mail out quick and without hassle. They also let me know where to go to drop off my check and wrote the address on my original envelope. Really happy with the guys putting in work on the ramps for take in. Super helpfup qnd professional. Every annex should take note.

Left a package with a $200+ item sitting on the post next to the mailbox on April 4th 2020, not in or anywhere secure just out in the open for anyone to take or steal. This is extremely unprofessional and had my package been taken the post office would have been held responsible. Maybe consider training your employees to uphold a professional standard or hire people who care about the job they do and can the job right.

Had a priority overnight package was supposed to be delivered by noon.They decided not to deliver it and hold it for 2 days since they are closed on the Saturday. What the hell is going on with this postmaster.

While it was a challenge to get them on the phone they did help in explaining the delivery email I recieved was auto send and my package was still with prior UPS service, ugh.

Despite the bad reviews, I rate them 5 stars because of the guy who helped me over the phone. My package was missent to Mahwah so I called asking for more information, he was quick to let me know that it would be delivered to me the next day. Again i called the next day because after the package left Mahwah there was issues w the scanning of my package so I didn’t know where it was, I called the mahwah post office and he helped me out again letting me know that it had left the distribution center and is probably in my town by now. Thanks for your help!
