I wish to give zero if possible. We scheduled a notary service at this office. Once we stepped into the door, a lady L**** came to us and asked us to show her the document with an attitude. Then she said this type of document cannot be notarized according to a specific BoA policy and turned us away without consulting anybody else. She showed a kind of mysterious arrogance during the whole time. Later I called BoA customer service confirming that our document can be notarized without any problem. Then I called back to the branch and she picked up the phone, so I told her that BoA does not have such a policy that she just made up. Then she quibbled that she could make the decision herself at the moment and there was nothing wrong. I feel sorry for BoA hiring such an arrogant, dishonest and unprofessional person to provide face-to-face service to clients. I later talked to her manager, who seems to be reasonable, and he apologized to me and promised to look further into it. I hope nobody would be treated like this again after the employees are properly trained.

Absolutely abysmal service. There is ONE teller and always a very long wait on line. If there are two or more people ahead of you, LEAVE and come back another time. This branch is the worst.

If you are looking for a bank that is easy, fast, simple, and simple in the drive through, well... this bank does it. I don't have an account here anymore, but when I did it was decently fast to do anything that I needed. The only problem I have is that they won't notarize something unless you have an account there. I had another bank do it without having an account to the other bank that I went to. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of that. Otherwise, even the drive through to deposit or withdraw money was easy.

Zero help after committing an error preventing complete access to my paycheck funds. Did not have access to funds until 4 days later. Multiple payment deadlines missed. They really just want your money. Keep your money with better people.

I have been helping my dad apply for Medicaid and this branch has been beyond helpful and understanding with collecting past statements, copies of checks and setting up trusts. Special shout out to Brian and Sasha! Thank you
