Great experience from the front desk on. Made an appointment online and got in pretty much on time. Everyone there was very nice and efficient. I’ll definitely be using City MD as my go to walk-in clinic.

The employees are all very nice & attentive. Usually not too much of a wait, & they move the line quickly. They helped me a lot when I had an ear infection on a weekend. From what I've seen, they helped many others too. Veterans can use the VA system here, for payment, & sharing records.

The doctor was nice, they were fast. BUT the doctor wasn’t sure what I had. I think they need to ask more questions and not get to a result that is not certain and then let you go.

They do a thorough diagnosis but the waiting is too long. People working in health care sector should be compassionate and attentive and they are as well.

Registered online. Checked in when I got there smooth process. Waited 10 minutes and was in to see the doctor. The staff was very professional and courteous.
