I am a huge supporter of the Aéropostale franchise. However, instead of visiting their stores, I recommend to all, to use their website whenever purchasing merchandise. I say this in light of a recent event occurring in the store. When checking for the size 4 in a t-shirt, I experienced extreme rudeness from staff. Several times I requested to speak with the manger, each time being ignored. The only reason for my urge to discuss alongside the manger was because of the acrimony the staff treated me and my daughters with. Staff used inappropriate language when addressing me and my children. The ignorance of these workers is infiniti and I am personally offended that this beloved brand would hire such crude and vulgar people.
