if I could rate zero stars, I would .I recently purchased a mattress from your company based on the recommendation of a salesperson who assured me of its high quality. However, within less than a year of owning the mattress, I noticed significant sinking and denting in the middle. Upon contacting your business, I was instructed to provide photographs of the mattress with accompanying tags, which I promptly did. Subsequently, I was informed that I could receive a credit towards the purchase of another item from your store. Regrettably, your store is located over an hour and 15 minutes away from my residence, posing a considerable inconvenience.In my search for a replacement mattress, I was initially quoted a delivery fee of $50. However, a subsequent representative informed me that this figure was incorrect and that I would instead be charged based on mileage, amounting to $113. Given the premature degradation of the mattress, I find it unjust to incur any delivery charges. Consequently, I requested to speak with a manager.During my conversation with the manager, I was dismayed to learn that the mattress I purchased was not deemed to be of satisfactory quality. This contradicted the assurances provided by your sales representative regarding its durability. Despite expressing my concerns, the manager insisted that I bear the delivery costs. Reluctantly, I acquiesced to this demand. It's worth noting that my original delivery fee in August 2023 was already in excess of $200. Considering this, I find it unreasonable to be charged for delivery again, especially given the additional inconvenience of having to visit your store twice without reimbursement.Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the manager's demeanor, which I found to be exceedingly rude and unprofessional. This incident marks the second instance of dissatisfaction I've experienced with your company. As a result, I have resolved not to patronize your establishment in the furniture recommend this business , as both the quality of your products and the level of service provided have failed to meet my expectations.As I believe I should have received reimbursement for the delivery service.

Lumberton Jaron’s - Valerie and Caitlyn were extremely respectful and helpful. I browsed in the morning (Caitlyn) and came back early evening with husband (Valerie). Both of them allowed us the freedom to look, sit, tryout without “hoovering” so we could make our decision. We selected our furniture and placed the order. Went home and pulled out measuring tape and realized the sofa was too large aesthetically. The next day amended order to two loveseats (already good size) seamlessly and delivery was maintained for 4 days later. Very pleased overall.

Fine until you need to use the warranty. Then you're given the run around and waiting several months before anyone comes out to fix your broken couch... That broke 2 months after purchasing. Will never buy from there again

I LOVE my new 3 piece sofa set. The comfort, quality, and style are all great and I got to customize the upholstery and accent pillows from a huge selection. I used to have a mistaken impression that Jarrons was a budget furniture store but that is untrue. The quality, guarantee, and fabric selection to customize your sofa set far exceeds other furniture store chains i purchased from in the past. The sales staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. To my surprise there are more styles in person on the floor than on the website so if you dont find something you really like online, check in person. The set i purchased was not online and was just the style I was looking for, so i was surprised it wasn't featured online.

Hello Jaron’s!!! My experience with Jaron’s was absolutely wonderful! I had been looking for a new living set for years…. Never finding the right style, comfort nor fabric. Trying high end stores to mid grade furniture. I was driving by Jaron’s and had shopped them before but saw that they had a large rack of fabrics that I had not seen years prior. I stopped in and was pleasantly impressed with having the option to pick from hundreds of fabrics,styles and firmness of cushions. The line is called ENGLAND FURNITURE BY LAZY BOY. They had some sets on the showroom floor the rest I viewed online. After a few trips to the store and bringing home samples I FINALLY found a set!!!! I selected my FABRIC, SOFA, CHAIR, OTTOMAN saw the finished version online and it was custom made and delivered ON TIME !!! ! I dealt with the Lumberton location and ALL them were GREAT! From my sales rep NICHOLE , LILLI and the store manager! On one of my visits this man approached me while I had a bunch of fabrics laid out and ask if he could be of any assistance. He was very pleasant and made me very comfortable in my decision. He could have not been more helpful!!!! He let me know if I was not happy with my purchase to just let him know. As I was completing my paperwork I mentioned him to my sales representative NICHOLE and she told me that it had been MR. JARON himself! I had no idea he had only introduced himself on a first name basis. BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME RUNNING AROUND! JARONS HAS IT ALL! GREAT PRODUCT LINE, QUAILTY, VERY RESEASONABLE,PRICING,SELECTION and STAFF! PAY THEM A VISIT!!!!

Larry our sales person was the absolute best! Delivery of our sectional was the next day. We had one issue with one of the pieces, they had someone come out right away and attach it correctly. Price and customer service was fantastic.

I have been shopping at Jaron's since they were on Route 130. I am saddened y the level of rudeness and complete lack of customer service. I bought a sofa. It was scheduled for delivery. We had to move the delivery, which was my fault. However, the sales person told me I would be able to change the delivery day when they called me and that turned out not to be true. They made me pay them $50 before they would reschedule my delivery, after I rescheduled my delivery, it was supposed to come on this Friday, but we were anticipating a heavy snowstorm. I had already taken a personal day from work so I asked them to let me know as soon as possible if they were not going to be able to make the delivery. My window was 930 to 12, they waited and until almost 1130 to tell me that they were not doing any deliveries and they in fact had never even opened the store. I know that they waited all morning, so that I would sit there, thinking that the couch was coming, even though they never even opened and knew that they were not going to be delivering the couch. I could tell by how rude they were that they would be the type to be spiteful. I'm not stupid, I knew they weren't coming because of the weather and I had already called the other store and knew they were closed. Sure enough they waited hours to call me though, so now they say they would bring the sofa on Sunday but who knows if they're even bother going to show up. I did finance thousands of dollars and I really do want this couch however, the people that work at Jaron's are just driving that business into the ground. I have been shopping there my entire adult life and it just breaks my heart to see how rude and ignorant these people are that are working there. my son and his friend are coming during delivery window and going over the couch with a fine tooth comb before I sign anything, I already spoke to the finance company and they said no delivery no sale. Jarons must have thousands and thousands and thousands of customers that make it easy for them to just be so awful to the customers that they do have because I haven't found a single positive review online about them at all.

I just bought a beautiful recliner with the help of Valerie. She was very friendly and patient as I tested each of the recliners. I continue to be impressed by their service and merchandise.
