I was in the Lumberton Rte 38 New Jersey store at 4:30 PM on a Friday. They said they had three gazebos in stock, but I couldn’t purchase one unless i was driving away with it- they don’t do holds. They also do not do price adjustments on one day sale items. I needed to arrange to get a pick up truck so I went back the next day around 1230 and two of the three gazebos had been sold. I was told that the third one could not be sold to me because someone was coming back for it. What? The female manager told me i could drive 26 minutes out farther away from my home to the Cherry Hill store to get one. Not a solution for me. I was also offered to purchase the floor model… But that would be disassembled on their time and that could be two weeks from now. Goodness knows if it would be disassembled properly or all the hardware would be included… Not a solution for me either. I asked if the Cherry Hill store could move the gazebo to the Lumberton store. She said no. There were no viable alternatives offered to me. Although i explained to the manager i had been there the afternoon before, she simply could care less. Thats the attitude you get from a store like this…. Customer service isn’t their priority and the manger made sure i understood that.

Bought a gazebo online. They took my money and then they turned around and canceled the order saying none left in stock! There computer system should have known that before I was billed. Payment was processed and taken from my bank account. Still waiting for my money. They have 3 of the gazebos in stock in Norristown and 1 in Lansdale. They will not send me one. They said their computer system does not work that way. I am very upset with their computer system. Customer service kept trying to explain to me how their computer system works. I am upset that my order was canceled and my money was tied up and the best they could do for me was try to give me a lesson on how their computer system works! Sorry Big lots one star!

This is another good store that offers convenience in the route 38 corridor. I love that it's not an overwhelming shopping experience most times of the year. A few holidays break that mold, but it's pretty laid back ninety percent of the time. They generally have a great staff, and the store is clean and orderly.

Many great health food products, love going here to see what they have different each time. Prices seem to be a lil higher than some stores. However I enjoy going here when I don't feel like going to bigger stores like Walmart. I can go here and get in and out quickly.
