If you are a business owner who works a lot with cash don’t bring your business here. They don’t have the efficiency to worth with large amounts of cash. And there are two nice employees but the few bad ones make it not worth your time to go here either.
Im also one of those who doesn’t write reviews often so im not going to explain everything but at least you’ve been warned

Update.. try to cash check again today.. lady says she knows me and that she can cash it, than comes back with a manager and tells me he doesn't appreciate me yelling at this employee and he cannot cash check. Asked 4 times if I was a customer of theirs or not as if they are deaf in the first place! ? Having a good day and speaking I guess was yelling. Man do I miss Farmers & Mechanic's.. every thing since they sold has been horrible. No personal connection with their clients at all. Local brand has dealt with my family for my entire life, and yet it's still a pain doing any business with my company. Owned by father, would think cashing a check written to me from our company roach to roach wouldn't be difficult to cash, but if that check is for over 100$ it's pulling teeth and takes days to cash!

Went in Teller told me you have no money in account to cash a check. I know this so being loud not necessary

Both types of experiences with this bank location, in lobby and drive-thru, have been extremely unpleasant and unprofessional over the span of years since they replaced Beneficial Bank. There seems to be a general atmosphere of apathy and even hostility towards the customers by the staff. I am very rarely greeted in the drive-thru and I’ve completed many transactions without a single word being said to me, even after I have greeted and thanked them. I have attempted to conduct business in the lobby and have been ignored or spoken to in a rude, dismissive and condescending manner. It is quite surprising to me that a bank conducts its business in this manner and remains open.

The women who work at this location are super slow, rude, unhelpful and basically the worst bank tellers I have ever experienced. The assistant manager needs to be jerked down off her high horse. Go to Mt. Holly branch. Faster and kinderThey were shut down months ago ?? bout time!! Sorry excuse for a bank. Buh bye!! 7/27/2021Look where being incompetent gets you,the unemployment line. ??♂️Go to TD Bank. Better hours, professionals to help you with all your banking needs and attentive staff who are happy to help you, not rolling their eyes like your banking needs are totally ruining her day.

This is the WORST bank I have ever dealt w/! I have now been 5x trying to close my dead fathers account. Day one, manager makes me wait while he has a personal Conversation. Day 2, none of normal staff is there, ANOTHER manger tells my mother to “shut up” while on the phone with manger #1. Now there is a new manager every day. I cannot pay my fathers funeral bill because of this nightmare. NONE of the 3 managers have uploaded necessary documents to my fathers account. DO NOT BANK HERE. Take your business where there are COMPETENT staff. In addition, staff are not dressed professionally and speak loudly about customers when they think no one is present. I am appalled at the behavior of this branch.

Terrible service at this lumberton branch. Apparently the tellers there do not know the difference between payroll checks and personal checks or any other checks of that matter. I deposited a payroll check today and the funds were put on hold. I called back & spoke to the manager and apparently they have a system called batching and were unable to make "right of their wrongs". TELLER 283 NEEDS TO BE FIRED. WSFS went downhill. It was better when it was Beneficial

I had a bit of a billing issue with a hospital that was not being very friendly about the way they were handling things. The staff at WSFS went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Thank you Pat!!!
