Finding a company today that offers great service is a rarity. Masters auto glass is OUTSTANDING! Everything from the booking with Shelby to the installation with Keith and a follow up from the owner Scott was amazing! The big auto glass repair companies couldn’t even get the glass for 10 business days and they were able to fix my vehicle is less than 24 hours. There is NOTHING better than dealing with a family owned business that has been doing work for years.. They truly know how to treat customers, work hard, and do a job right and fast. Thankful I found this company.. Thankful and grateful that there are still businesses out there do things the old fashioned way and treat their customers the way they do! Most of all they perform their job with competency, reliability and a desire to satisfy their customers!

I called Rodrigo at 4 pm for a cracked windshield, dropped it off that night, and it was back in my driveway completed by 2 pm the next day. He helped me with the insurance claim and offered to bring the car back to my house when it was completed. Excellent customer service!!! Will definitely use again.

I spoke to Fabian and he was very helpful and professional. I told him that my windshield on my BMW was cracked and needed it replaced. The only problem is that the car wasnt running and i wasnt sure how they would fix it.. He advised me not to worry because they would come to my house.
They arrived at my house. The guys who arrived was also professional. They had my old windshield out and the new one installed within an hour. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. They also tint windows which is a plus.

I've had the pleasure of using Master Auto Glass two times now. Both times they were super easy to work with and were able to work around my schedule to get the job done with little to no stress on my part. When I called, I was able to speak with an actual human (unlike other similar companies) who was able to answer my questions, and more importantly calm me down when I was in an absolute panic about a rock, or something, shattering my windshield while I was driving. Very good service all around - I would recommend to anyone who needs to replace a windshield.

The staff is very courteous and professional. I was able to schedule them to come all the way out to Hunterdon County sooner than any of the more local companies and their price was reasonable too. I highly recommend!

Such sweet and professional people. Very helpful and knowledgeable and their work is amazing. My truck looks like it never had its window smashed out! The front desk lady is great. They also speak Spanish which is wonderful for all customers! They were SO fast with their job, it only took about 20 minutes, and took a couple days to order the glass.

I definitely recommend Master Glass.They were honest, flexible, and available when I needed help. Fabian is awesome. He was patient, and really spent his time making sure everything was properly taken care of. The communication was great, and the technicians were done in no time. After my service, they sent a follow-up message with a summary of what to expect and how to care for my vehicle, while also noting the warranty on their services. Thank you!
