Went to Gary Motors Inc.. Looking at 2015 Maserati I wasted my Time Never Got Back To Me and ask For $5000.00 k to Put down payment the Used car business always trying to Rip people off sad that is Still going on to this day August 24 2024. I guess you like losing business shows me owners do care to help.people and get don't call me like they said they would that same day I do know who teaches the practice to help customers that is why I am in Santander Bank on the loan on the other Truck it is you loss not mine. Sad who ever bought that 2015:Maserati The owners do not Back you on that Vehicle and do not help with payment I hope whoever bought gets the lemon law on them.

I’ve been going to this dealer for the past 20 years. My experience with this auto group has always been great and the process from start to finish has always been seamless. I’ve followed them throughout the state. They always have cars in great shape. They aren’t selling junk vehicles. I’ve purchased my last 3 cars from them. Jordan assisted me in the process and I’m very grateful. I’ll be back soon for my son. I recommend this place. Just stop by and take a look. There is truly a large selection of vehicles. There’s something for everyone with decent mileage and great condition mostly luxury. They get 5 stars from me!

DO NOT RECOMMENDED!! I bought a car here and couple hours later my check engine light turned on so I called them not anticipating to get anything fixed but since I’m a single collage girl I called to see if there was anything they can do to help or recommend somewhere to go, the guy that answered the phone said he would speak to the owner and transferred me over to him he was so rude said he didn’t have to fix anything (mind you I was not necessarily asking him to fix it just asking for a referral of where I could take it that he trusts to do business with) he hung up on me after telling me never to call there again! I’ve never experienced anything like this hope he doesn’t have daughters!

The worst. Rude, especially 'macho' with women No communication: one you car if off thei lot the drop you like a hot potato. Wonder where your car is....don't ask or they will yell at you. (Have a tape if anyone has any questions) They ruined my excitement and joy of buying a new car. KARMA

The worst. The worst. The worst. The worst. The worst. After buying a car, for almost a week I have had no idea when it might arrive. I paid the dealership to handle the transport but have been getting the complete run around ever since. These are the daily excuses from the dealership 1. Loading delayed 2. funeral 3. Flat tire 4. Drivers need sleep (?) 5. No idea when tire will come in. Its out of his hands. If this doesnt sound like I am being scammed, I dont know what does. I havent seen the dealership, the sales man tells me Im unreasonable, the continuous excuses above, and my car is no where to be seen. I actually taped the salesperson raising his condescending voice and using his macho verbiage when I asked when my car, in transit, would arrive. I seriously doubt he would ever speak to a man that way. He wouldnt get away with it like the bully he was with me. Save yourself - there are much better dealerships out there. In fact ALL OF THEM ARE MUCH BETTER than this

You can trust Vantage Auto in Lodi, NJ. I just bought my first car online from Jordan at Vantage. Everything went smoothly and correctly. I am in Tampa and they shipped the car to me and the driver delivered it a day early in perfect condition. They FedEx'd the title to me and I had it in two days. i was doing a internet search for a Infiniti G37 Journey S and they had a 08 white coupe with only 18K miles on it for $21K. It was the best deal on the internet out of several car websites. Vantage and Jordan went above and beyond with their excellent service. Jordan noticed a minor rim scuff on his walk around inspection the day they were to ship it. He had the rim taken to a shop and they completely stripped the rim to bare metal, buffed the scratch out and refinished the wheel to factory OEM specs. That is a $275 job at a shop and you usually have to wait for several days to get the work done and all the time your without a car. I appreciate that Jordan found the issue and was proactive and fixed the problem for me at no charge. I agree with the 85+ positive reviews in Google Vantage is a excellent place to purchase your car from.Attached picture is the G37 at my house just after washing it. Terrible never again!Bought car looking at pictures online trusting them and they sent me a car with dry rot tires and worn shocks and struts! Then told me to drive it to their mechanic in New Jersey!Gaskets all dried out and oil leak!! I understand it’s a 22 year old car but really? Car never went through the shop! Then they wanted me to drive it back so they can fix! At this point trust is broken! 7000 bucks later! I am actually angry at myself for trusting them! And honestly for the price I paid for this car they should be ashamed of themselves! I’m sure Andrew or Gary will come back with some long comment about me in a negative fashion. Sleezy dealer.Oh and also I was told to delete these comments and they’ll pay for new tires ! Not even worth it!

WARNING !!!! Super stereotypical sleazy used car dealership. Bought a truck from this "dealership" and it had a tremendous amount of rust underneath (see photos). As a "trusted" used car dealership one should not be selling cars to the public under this unsafe condition. Contacted Andrew Glaser (owner) 7 times and he has refused to call me back for any type of resolution. Clearly taking advantage of the used car market during the pandemic without any regrets. Proceed with cautionResponse:Remarkable how you respond in less than 24 hours when you're exploited on a platform . Obviously your reliable staff gave you my info and message so claiming you have zero idea of who I am is a feeble defense. Classic move of hiding behind your contracts and fine print instead of standing behind your service, products ( vehicles) and integrity by doing the right thing as a business owner. You should take ownership of the fact that you should not be selling cars under this condition. Would you feel ok selling this truck to someone who is close to you? Selling cars that are deemed "unsafe to drive" by Toyota technicians is unethical. WE, as the public are not as "savvy" as a dealer may be, not knowing what all to look for but you as a dealership know exactly what issues are with the car upon purchasing it and reselling it. Therefore reselling it demonstrates the true character of you and the business you represent. Even your staff had mentioned to me that they can see my point. My sales rep has hence quit since the sale. For the record I was never offered any type of "warranty". When a customer purchases a car they should fee they are purchasing a car that is mechanically sound and safe furthermore the company should back their products, clearly not the case here. Gary Motors did everything better and faster than expected. Trade-in, Registration, Title, Plates......done perfectly and quickly. A four year old car with only 7, 000 ( yes, seven thousand) CarFax confirmed miles. I'M HAPPY! I bought a used car, but I feel that I left with a new car. SHHHHH! Don't tell these guys. We don't want them to raise their low prices. They sell wholesale!
