I think I was scamed. I purchased from a bogus company named Omaha steaks and seafood. All the steaks were tough as leather and the butterfly shrimp were so thin ,there was more coating then shrimp.i threw them out. Very disappointed. Never again.

Barbara was very helpful. Great personality and made me feelcomfortable walking the store by not asking me questions or being pushy. I tried the filet burger, it was delicious. Prices are pretty decent if you buy more than one item, you get a discount.

Customer service is horrible. Staff was very confused and I didn’t receive very much help for the money I was willing to spend. Ended up not going through with their services. Very unprofessional.

My first time buying at Omaha Steaks was AWESOME and PLEASANT at the same time. First, after speaking with Barbara before leaving I wanted to make sure that what I purchased was available. I had purchased a Groupon for Omaha Steaks and decided to go and pick them up that same day(ALMOST WENT TO WESTFIELD,BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE) As soon as I got there I was greeted by Karen and who was SUPEE NICE,pleasant and knowledgeable about the product she was selling. She noticed that I was looking around and her comment was "Soaking it in" and my response for a first time buyer was a satisfied yes. Goes to show her attentiveness. Then Barbara,who I spoke to on the phone,comes out and nothing but a GREAT attitude from her. She made me feel comfortable as a customer. You don't get that much these days. Even with a Groupon Karen talked me into buying more. They were both focused on selling the product and customer service. Well done ladies!!

Love it, can buy my steaks without paying shipping. They have happy hour specials daily, great service while shopping, clean location, very fresh meat and prepared dinners, and ton of parking right out front or across street in parking garage....

I actually thought they have fresh meat. Everything is frozen and packaged up so unless you know your meats its hard to know what you are buying.
