  Working with Jared last year was a real pleasure. Not just because of his knowledge and expertise on the local markets. But his patience to allow me to process all the different variables I had to factor to make sure the property would be right for my family. Whether it was discussing the pros and cons or just things that I might not have been anticipating in the future Jared guided me through the whole process. It was very obvious he cared about the long term welfare of his clients and not just trying to make a deal happen for the sake of a deal.

  Jared is a great agent and I recommend him. Want to get that out of the way first and foremost. If you are thinking about making a change and getting into the home of your dreams, do it. You owe it to yourself. You also owe it to yourself to work with a great agent like Jared! Just like the other review here, Jared helped me move my family across the US from California. Just like the other review said, he was reliable, professional, and made the process as smooth and easy as possible. The fact that he did it all when COVID first hit and then during the constantly changing aspects of a worldwide pandemic, make him more extraordinary. My husband and I wanted to move to NJ for its great schools, larger Jewish communities, and have a commute to NYC in less than an hour. Adding to our list of needs is that we have two "2E"/ADHD/special needs kiddos", so I need access to a truly excellent public school. We ended up choosing Montclair. He answers his phone. He texted and or talked to me at fairly late hours when I called from CA, and I can TALK....like a lot. I'm super ADD. He could deal with my ADD and focus on the important stuff. He keeps up with the lender and seller's agent to make sure your deal doesn't die in escrow. He meets with the inspectors and contractors for estimates. I gotta be honest when I say that I am not the easiest client when it comes to real estate! My dad was a broker for 35 yrs and I am an investor too. Over a dozen transactions in the last decade and most of them were major 6 figure remodels. I know what I know and am used to high stakes. Jared was super patient with me and always was my advocate. I can still hear him saying to me "I get it, it is not like you are buying a pair of shoes!" when I would push back on something. It took two years to do the research necessary to decide where to move to. I initially met Jared around the same time I started. He stuck with me and showed me homes when I flew across the country and even did a virtual showing using his iPadYou will be more than ok to go with him for your next real estate transaction!
