“Purchased a cantilever umbrella from them a few years ago that ended up breaking. I really didn't put much thought into it because if I had, I probably would have bought something a bit sturdier. The buying process and delivery were both excellent so I decided to give them another spin. This time I decided to go with the best they had in stock. After I explained to them that I was disappointed with my prior purchase they were kind enough to give me a healthy discount on a way better model. Again, the sales associates were great and delivery was both punctual and extremely efficient. I also decided to go with the warranty so if I have any further issues, there won't be a problem. Look, there are endless online options for purchasing patio furniture. Unfortunately none of them do a damn thing for the community. Fortunoff is right in my town and given the option, I'll go with the local guy every time. Kudos.”
