Horrible customer service!! I have been a customer since 2017 I contacted the supervisor Gabby and the Branch manager Stacy D. regarding my checking account three times in one day and neither one had the decency to return my phone call I finally had the pleasure to speak with Jenny at customer service at the 800 number she was the only one who helped me and gave me an explanation to my answers.

OceanFirst Bank is the Comcast of banks. I should have closed the account but to save myself some aggravation I kept a couple bucks there and moved everything else to a different bank. This morning I transferred some money to OF to cover reoccurring expenses. Ocean First promptly took my money from my other bank, but has yet to give me my money. In fact, they need 3-5 business days to process the transfer BUT I could have had the money transferred instantly if I used Zell and paid a fee. So, Ocean First now has my money earning interest for them under the guise of "it takes time to process". Yeah, if it was 2003 I may accept that as an option but it's 2023. I can get my money out of an ATM instantly, I can purchase shoes or Halloween decorations or groceries INSTANTLY, but to get them to give me MY money takes 3-5 busidays?!? Call me Karen because I've already spoken to a manager... NJ Department of Banking & Insurance is next. If you want a great bank and rep, inbox me because my guy is the best. I'll be closing Ocean First as soon as they find my money.

Had to go to a different branch due to circumstances, I've been treated very poorly throughout this entire interaction and been treated suspiciously, when I asked about reopening my account I was told it would take weeks then I call my original branch and it's done same day, when I came in again for a deposit they came over suspiciously and didn't even try to help, don't go to the linwood branch very mean and unhelpful

this has been my bank for quite some time now. They might not be as big as some of the other Banks but you know what every time I go here they seem to have the time to talk and help me with whatever I need. You cannot get that kind of service with TD Bank Bank of America etc etc thank you keep up the good work five stars all the way

Jacqueline was very friendly and helpful with my last transaction. She was very knowledge about nest egg and encouraged me to sign up! Everyone in the bank was very friendly and personable. Every time I come in they make the experience enjoyable!

I woke on a Thursday morning to discover that someone had hacked my online banking and drained my checking account as well as several thousand dollars for my daughter's savings account. We called the customer service line and they immediately began investigating and sent us to the branch to close our accounts. When I got to the Linwood branch, Personal Banker Lisa dropped everything and worked with me for hours. When tears started to flow, Lisa looked me in the eye and told me not to worry, EVERYTHING will be ok and shes going to handle everything for me. And she did! We reviewed all of my familys accounts and everything I might have coming in or out. She personally monitored my accounts throughout the day and night to make sure payments went out and our paycheck deposits went in. By the end of the day the money was back in our accounts. By the next morning, she was ready with all of our new accounts. Not only is Lisa really good at her job, she made me feel safe and secure, and to me, in that moment, that was more important than anything. THANK YOU LISA!
