I couldn’t make an appointment online. I went there at 7 am opening waited until 9 am to be seen. Place was crowded. Go to another location if you can.

Went in without appt as stated on website Waited 1/2 hr still 5 people ahead of 2 people missed their appt came in after me the receptionist had removed them for missing the appt and still let them cut me making my wait longer Only 1 technician was on No consideration for people who were waiting Terrible service If they close 230 why are they taking appts past 230

This has got to be, if not the worst lab around ,how can it be possible to take 2 1/2 hours wait to draw people's blood from a small group. In other blood labs with 3 techs they went threw 10 persons in half hour, this place is horrible, to make it worse you have space for at least 2 more rows of chairs so people can sit an agonizing wait .

12 15 appointment I followed all instructions 15Minutes before time did not get paperwork started till 12:27 then told to sit in a cubicle only to see that 2 staff working and the others go on break not happy I was on lunch break and had to leave

My appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I arrived at 8:30, completed my check-in, and waited. By 10 am, I decided to leave. The service here is unacceptable. I won't be returning.

I visited this LabCorp today and there was barely any one there and they saw me within 30 minutes! They accepted the tests I ordered by the fax I sent them from a website I used online. I was scared to go here due to the negative reviews but it was the only one close to home so I went in anyway at around 12 PM. They accept walk-ins! Thank you so much to the receptionist and the lady doctor with the braids, they were super nice!
(I hope my results come out great!)

They need new management only one person calling people every 20 minutes they have you in for hours it’s a sad shame they make bad name for the brand they better hope new competition does come its over for them it looks dinky in here

When I arrived at my appt at Labcorp, it was standing room only! As a person with a disability, I was saddened that no one there was paying attention to the fact that ppl that had appts were bringing others with them that were taking up seats. Others were taking up 2 seats with their bags and personal belongings. Although I had an appt, I still had to wait as they took walk-ins first that had been waiting for quit some time. Truthfully, I felt uncomfortable with the waiting room being so packed as ppl that were there, were there for some type of medical concern or test. A few were coughing, and I felt like Labcorp could of done better to prevent ppl from getting sick or even getting Covid.

Service is nice but they are way understaffed. I have been there twice for blood draws and each time waited at least an hour to be seen. I’m leaving this review mainly to remind myself to never go here again

This labcorp is very nice. Most friendly people . And I really like the guy who draws blood there coz he got a really nice sense of humor. I came out smiling. It’s just a good vibe.

If i could give 0 stars i went here for a drug screening my job sent me for they billed me i called to correct the billing and was told i could not speak with a supervisor because of the error they made!! They dont listen at all!!! I would never go here ever again
