Several weeks ago, I telephoned and spoke with a young woman who answered all my questions without hesitation. It was my first contact and left me with a welcoming feeling and confident about going there. Then, about two weeks ago, we went to Ercolano's. It was pouring rain. The gentleman who, without any hesitation, welcomed us and then went around the nursery to select the plants for us. He did not rush, even with the heavy rain.
