Do not bring you car here. I stopped by after having my car parked at the Hamilton Train station and it had gotten bombarded with bird poop so I had stopped here before heading home to get that cleaned off. Not only did this wash not clean off the bird poop, it has scratched the paint on my car in multiple different areas all around it. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Stay away.

Paid top service and received a car without the tires cleaned (a basic), I passed three times through the wax tunnel, it didn’t worked, when I asked for the manager the employee start arguing with me asking me to run again through the tunnel which I was not willing to do since the tunnel was still not working.
Asked for a refund to my card, I hope I get it.
Don’t use this service!!!

Quick and simple. Free vacuum after you go through the wash. I like that they also have towels for you to use as well.

I have been a loyal customer to this car wash’s Lawrenceville location for the last two years. They had been a reliable and quality car detailer. This location is now going down hill. The last two times over two months that I went to their location they closed interior/valet cleaning. I don’t know what their manpower issues are but why run a car wash that is called “Valet” but offers no complete services. I tied to call to see what is going on but there is no phone number or email to call. There is no email function on the website as stated in their phone triage. Disappointing.

A total garbage payment for the $40 membership and because I bought my own soap and put it in the vehicle they made me remove my vehicle and they did not provide me with service what disgusting

Do not pay for the brilliance wash tunnel. I'm here now. The guy literally just sprays something on your car and you go through some spinning rags. For as slow as this conveyor belt moves, pretty sure the guy is supposed to give your car at least a little bit of a manual wipe down. He did not. Appears as though the manager is more interested in her vape pen than running a tight ship.

I went there to wash my car and I paid like a $44 something to do inside outside job to clean my car from inside and outside the job but inside Job was horrible everywhere like under the seas. There was a dust on top of the seas. There was a crumbs which I was trying to clean and my mirror and my windshield. Everything was as it has like it has been not clean. I will put some pictures you guys can see it so please, my advice don’t go there to clean your car
