Deceptive advertising - I looked online and saw they were offering kids bowl free in the summer if registered. We registered our four kids and showed up to find out that registration is required the week before you bowl. I spoke to a manager who said that they do not have the authority to accommodate what was clearly stated online. It seems like a bait and switch to me. It's hard to tell four kids who are excited to bowl that you have to come back next week. We took them to a trampoline park instead, not wanting to give this place our business.

This was a great place to hang out with friends, and I highly recommend this for birthday parties of all ages. This large building includes, 15+ bowling lanes, a large arcade, laser tag, and more. It was a very colorful and vibrant place that would get kids engaged immediately. Adults will also be comfortable at the large bar which serves a variety of cocktails and other drinks if they are not interested in bowling, arcade games, or laser tag. I had a great time coming here with my family, and would come again. Unfortunately, I can't speak from experience when it comes to the arcade or laser tag, but the arcade was pretty large and had lots of games and prizes, and I'm sure you could spend all of your time in just the arcade and have a blast. I can't say anything about the laser tag as I didn't get to see any of the arena or anything. Overall great place for families and friends.

Every lane they put us on didn’t work. Eventually just left due to the pins not resetting on each of our lanes. Bowling balls are beat all to hell with major chips inside and outside of the ball. They don’t give refunds so they give gift cards that you won’t want to use because it means you’d have to go back.

Great place for a family night of fun. There is a bar, snack bar, bowling, game room laser tag and more. Ordering on the website for food to your lane is so much easier, the snack bar is not always staffed and you don't get much service when it's busy, that's why ordering through the web is much easier.

Go somewhere else. They didn't have the right size shoes for everyone and when we got to our lane, there were no balls and we had to go lane to lane asking to take some balls so we could play. Visited the bar and ordered a few drinks. Service was very slow and it took forever to get a couple drinks. The bartender was extremely rude. He didn't give us all the drinks we ordered and I had to ask for the same drink again, and then we added one drink at the end. When we asked for the one additional drink before we paid, he rolled his eyes at us and said \"I'm not giving you anything else\". Mind you it's not like we were drunk or ordering a bunch of things. We literally ordered four drinks and it was our first and only trip to the bar. The comment and eye roll was uncalled for. Our bowling lane kept getting stuck. We paid for an hour and spent at least half the time waiting around for them to fix our lane.

The staff here is very rude. I have little kids who needed a lighter ball but they refused to help. When i asked to enable bumper she refused again. They dont seem to care about the customer service and experience at all. Front desk lady needs to lighten up!!

NEVER lock a parent away from their child! If you are planning a laser tag party, please be aware that they lock the doors. We were not told this ahead of time and got locked out. If you are a parent and you leave the room for any reason the door locks behind you. I went to greet a child who arrived late and could not get back in. The music and noises inside were super loud so even though I was pounding on the door with my fist and kicking on the door no one let me back in. I had to run around and find a staff member with a key (they don’t all have keys) to let me into the locked room where the kids were. Being locked out while your child and other people’s children are inside, in the dark, with adult staff members is completely unacceptable. You never lock a parent out away from their child. They told me after the fact that they lock the door so that random people do not walk in from the arcade. This could be accomplished with a velvet rope and a sign. You NEVER lock a parent away from their child.

If you bowl for the sport do not come here. Lanes were bone dry and left marks and dried up oil all over my bowling balls. Asked when they oil their lanes and was told "Fridays, sometimes, if the guy who oils the lanes has time to do it".

Place was nice, staff was kind. Bowling Friday night -$49 for an hour for 2 people $109 for a cheap cheesesteak quesadilla 10 microwave wings 2 ipa and two cosmo$10 for 1 round of a basketball game in the arcade. When did bowling get so expensive. Popularity due to entertainment scarcity in the local area have skyrocketed theses prices. Cops were heavy in the area leaving. Not going again.

This place was typically my go to for bowling with my family until my last visit. I went to celebrate my son’s birthday. We decided to eat first at Doc’s. I brought decorations for the table setting to make things festive for our party of 12. A Karen worker informed me that decorations were okay but cake was not allowed. I was unaware of the policy and let her know that we would not be doing a cake/cupcakes. She was not hospitable in fact every interaction we had with her was negative. Not to mention she kept walking past our party to ensure we did not have a cake. Other staff was great and helpful. Her…not so much. I hope she has some type of coaching moment on how to talk to guest. Especially guest paying hundreds of dollars between arcade games, bowling, and food.

I went and had a good time with family but...The facility doesn't seem well maintained. The only shoes in my size had holes on the sides and toes, Numerous kids toys were out of service, we had one child using bumpers and they wouldn't fully reset after they bowled. Lady at the counter seemed as if we were bothering her because we wanted to bowl. To top it off, the hourly rate per lane was expensive.

I really wanted to give this place a good review especially because no bowling alley ever has last minute availability on a Friday night. That being said, there is a reason for the availability here. They ask you your shoe size but all of the shoes seem to be too tight in one's regular size (male or female). We purchased a lane for an hour ($39.99 and $5.99 for shoes) and had to request time to be placed back on the clock for multiple lane issues (including the lane not working and being switched to another lane). Lastly, the food was pretty bad (see pic). Chicken tender meal ($10.99) had almost no fries and when I asked for bbq, the server basically told me it was not worth it. Ketchup tasted off so much so that I didn't use it. Tenders were average. I want to end on a good note....the place had enjoyable arcade games; laser tag available but I didn't try; friendly service; many tvs and decent music. Decent bar. Still wouldn't go here again unless really desperate however. Try at your own annoyance.

I love colonial but for a family of 4 it costs 60 dollars to rent shoes and play one game. The game section similar to chuck e cheese was fun but if it were more affordable we would go here more often. Maybe they need coupons or have specials to help offset the cost?
