the store manager is so rude! no wonder noone buys from this location! she needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills! I rather go to pandora

I was planning a pick up for the ring from other store however, they don't have it in stock because they did a wrong inventory counts. But they recommend to call this store and checked they have it. First one of sales person said "Yes" few minutes later, she called me back and she couldn't find anywhere. She was very sorry and gave me an info for other store phone numbers if they don't have it, she told me that she'll find out other store and get back to me. Finally, I got the item for her assistance. I forgot her name, she was very kind and helpful. I never write the review in my life, I'm really appreciate her. Thank you!

Big smile when they make the sale, but when you bring back the item because it breaks, you see really ugly behavior, and no intention to help you! I love Swarovski, but these people in that shop, really need to take same seminar how to keep the costumers going back to buy more......!

Not one to write reviews but after this life-saving encounter I feel as if these employees should be recognized. I was not able to get the name of the other employee but Jacklyn and her coworker both helped me find a replacement for a bracelet my boyfriend gifted me. I was freaking out as it was a lovely bracelet that marked the day of my anniversary. Thankfully both of these employees patiently waited for me to show them pictures I have taken with the old bracelet and were able to locate one of the last available replacements. I can now sleep peacefully knowing that I was able to regain my wonderful bracelet. Thank you both.

Lovely store, the crystal statues are beautiful. The jewelry is pretty. Instead of wearing very expensive jewelry on a cruise bring this, it works. Made very well. The sales people are great and helpful.

Just gotta share the employee opening the store was about half hour late. I wandered the mall a bit and returned to finally make my purchase.

Happy October! Some of my favorite holiday memories include the glittering sparkle of Swarovski crystals hanging from the tree out the corner of my eye. 'Tis the season, again! And there are so many wondrous baubles to choose from!Whether bright apples, or glinty pears, or shiny stars, or even twinkly turtles! and MORE! Pumpkins!well, it's not Tiffany's with their little blue boxes (someday i do want to have a room in my house painted in tiffany blue), but neither do you have to spend $7k minimum on the famous ground floor, just to shop like Audrey did! Swarovski brings its own delight.the shop's a tad small, but an awesome addition to our little middle-of-nowhere Quakerbridge mall of Simon. not to let the cat out of the bag -- ah! yes, they have cats too! -- but they make for great welcome gifts for your group event, for that touch of class beyond a simple place card.
