My 1 week old 2020 Yukon was heavily damaged; in your shop for over 5 weeks, +$26k in damage. Brian demonstrated great empathy from the very beginning and is extremely professional. There was some small follow up work necessary and again, Brian leaned forward and was extremely hands on, treating me well and the car like its his own. It's working well now, but I know that if any situation develops because of the initial accident Brian will be there for me, unquestionably. Great job by all!

Very good experience with the service department. Staff was courteous. The seating area was clean and comfortable. Work was done in the time that I was given. Would highly recommend Coleman for service.

Went to go pick up a part as I entered the main entrance employees and, customers were smoking cigarettes by the main entrance . Being a non smoker , this is not a welcoming demeanor.

Took my car in because it was loosing coolant and told them it was coming out of the top hose. After 200$ worth of diagnostics they told me they had to fix a completely different issue before They could diagnose why it was leaking coolant because there were no codes. I brought the car home and checked it myself and found the hose was a little loose. Took the hose off to find the spout cracked and broken. I’m so mad that for 200$ they could bother to check the hose I said it was leaking from and me not being a mechanic didn’t want to start taking hoses off but even I can figure out if the tank that holds the coolant is cracked where the hose is attached that’s probably the issue.

They did not perform the service I specifically requested- air in all my tires was low and they were rotating the tires. They said they would fill them. When I got home, they were all still low. This is the second bad service and I’ve purchased two Encores from them and was planning to buy a 3rd. Their service used to be top notch. I have always given them great reviews. The service manager was supposed to call me back and never did. That made this situation worse. Poor service and poor customer relations.

Went in or service and asked them to fill the tires during the rotation as all of them were low. They did not fill them. Called them and they said to bring the car back. No way! I asked for a partial refund. “I’ll talk to my manager! They never called! I have bought two cats from them. Disappointed and will not by the new Avenir I was planning on buying last week. They used to be so good.

Called to get some info regarding financing they just hung up in my ear the first time I call back they just let it ring after being on hold for 3 minutes! Unprofessional and ignorant !
