EXTREMELY nice lady helped me this morning. Process was very quick and easy. Wasn't busy at all. They had packaging available for what I needed to send overnight. She explained everything clearly and was very helpful. Highly recommend this location.

Wish I could also leave Zero Stars here. Woman at counter clearly didn't receive any Christmas presents this year. Don't go in here to pick up a package unless you have 27 proofs of identity with all matching addresses. If you were in the military make sure and bring a photo from actual combat to prove to her. She was as miserable a woman as you can have in "customer service". UPS is and always will be the only way to ship.

Would give 0 stars if I could … PSYCHO Woman with colored glasses is rude & sarcastic because she hates her job. I’ve never dealt with people who are so clueless about their delivery times and will lie to you giving you mixed instructions. Avoid FedEx and this location if possible.
