At 65 years young I must say today was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and I've had many .. Joel Riviera and Ken Arias were both wonderful to work with and the 4 hours it took to turn in and purchase my new car flew by! I recommended these guys highly!

I went to this Kia dealership recently and it was very deceiving. I was contacted by one of the salesmen and told that they had 4 of the vehicle I wanted on the lot. I went in that same day and was then told differently once I expressed to them that I would be paying cash. All of a sudden 3 of the vehicles had deposits placed on them the same day. The only one that they claimed to have available was then being up charged by them for $6,000 more. I will definitely not be going back.

I hate dealing with sales, but especially the service rep Matt. I have to say their actual mechanics/technicians are great. They'll make sure to fix your car and also pleasant to deal with. The whole rest of the dealership sucks. They will bs you and literally for no reason too. It's almost like they're trying to provide the worst customer service as possible. Made a service appointment that wasn't worth having because the master tec isn't in that day. God forbid they tell ya or have you make an appointment for a different day that the master tec would be in. Gosh what a novel idea. Instead I hear is, "Well you can bring the car in and we'll do our best." So we should just come in early Saturday for a nonsense appointment with zero technicians that can't diagnose the issue. Wtf. Thats exactly what we want to do - waste a Saturday morning and then be told to come back during the week. This dealership has so many bad reviews because they work so hard to be complete nitwits to the customers. If you can go to a different Kia dealership to do what you need to do you probably should. However majority of the Kia dealership have crummy ratings in the area. Or just don't own a Kia and save yourself from dealing with any of these people.

No professionalism at all I went to turn in My lease vehicle that was worth anywhere between five and $6000 in my pocket this clown offered me $1000 And he acted like it was a good offer ,when I disagreed that's when he got mad , I went to Pine belt 10 minutes prior and they offered me $5500 What an arrogant idiot this guy was I wouldn't go to that place if they were giving cars away he was even still hollering after I drove off the lot at me tell me to take the extra money and go to Atlantic City ,Vito was very nice The salesman but his boss was a real jerk off . what a greedy moron this guy was it's hard to believe people like this are still in business and they won't be for long with that attitude buyer beware of this dealership chances are you will regret it

Wow, saw the other reviews. I almost learned the hard way. I called about a car and asked that they check about features listed in its Carfax description. I was told by the salesman that he had personally checked to make sure the car had a those features. Ok, so I made an appointment to see the car. When I called to be polite and state that I was running late for the appointment but still coming I was told the car wasn't ready as it was finishing being repainted and they had to put the door handles on and they would let me know. I received no call stating "come over, it's ready" - ever. So with the delays and this story I became very wary as I started to wonder why it needed to be repainted if Carfax states it had had no accidents and damages, which it does. I have a printed copy for my files. The next business day I had to call them to find out what the status of the car was and was told by another salesperson it had actually been sold 2 days ago. Then original salesman got on the phone to say "sorry" and did I want him to look for cars for me in the future?, to which I of course said No!. So apparently you cant believe anything they tell you and you will be abused/slimed in multiple ways in the process. Given this sequence of events and facts I realized I came out ahead by not buying the car and by not doing business with this dealer. Last, you should be aware that their Doc fee was stated at $480 plus an "Etching" fee of $229 = $709 fees on top of the price stated on the internet - for an $11k used car? And, those fees do not include an additional $120 for motor vehicle registration and title nor jersey sales tax. Good luck to other buyers.

Their customer service is horrible! I bought an EV from them. The salesperson didn't know anything about electric vehicles. I even told them not to charge me the sales tax because it's an electric vehicle. There was an American Express 500 gift card that came with the sale but I had to remind them several times about it. Probably they hoped that I would forget about the gift card and put a fast one on me. I will definitely not recommend this dealership!!! I should have just gone to the Kia dealership in Manahawkin and might have gotten better treatment!

This past year I leased (intended to buy at end) a Forte at DiFeo Kia of Lakewood. I should've walked out when the sales man Nick said over his shoulder about the Lemon Law! I asked if they paid for referrals, he said yes $100.00 (for my niece who referred me.) He never paid it after multiple asks, until my brother walked in the dealership and shamed him into keeping his word! I've had constant electrical problems in a brand new car. The car charger on one side didn't work had to be replaced, now my power windows don't work, or at best are working sporadically which is a safety concern. This week (first of 2021), I asked the Director of All service to call me, left a message and he NEVER did.I'm contacting my attorney to see what can be done to get out of this mess. There is a massive recall for vehicle fires in KIAs in January of 2021
