Staff very helpful and caring especially Ms. Shari Gibbons. She spent 2 hours on a busy day straightening out an issue with the ATM swallowing my money despite the fact that she had a full schedule of people to meet Wow! what a kind person.

A lot of downtime at the atm’s, extremely long lines both at the drive through and inside, poor planning here with this branch, and that’s not even mentioning that it’s difficult to get in and out of the mall in the first place
