As all sales people are usually pushy, I would say he was nowhere near pushy, but consistent, very friendly, personable and knowledgeable, and his winning smile got him an opportunity to speak with me about the business. Unfortunately I ended up choosing my previous copier company for the new lease with the idea…“if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it “. Quickly, I found out that I had made a big mistake and we got the wrong copier for the job and after five months of misery, I asked Tim Senior and Tim Junior for help! They were there with me every step of the way - we tried to switch over to them since I had made a bad mistake and the copier I was given was lacking every feature I needed to do my job. Unfortunately I could not get out of my contract but for sure next time around I would definitely go with Tim Senior and Tim Junior from American documents, Solutions!!”
